One of the employees went to go get me a ssd card for my ps5 in the back and came back with the wrong one then left to go get the correct one and never came back after I was waiting for more than 30 minutes. Ended up ordering it on Amazon.

Ordered a new Motorola modem online for in-store pickup. I was in & out in less than 5 minutes. The modem is amazing fast to what I had before and I’m pleased with my new purchase at a reasonable price.

Went to Best Buy last night to buy an HDMI cable for my new TV and took a look at a couple sound systems while I was there. Reggie was very knowledgeable and friendly, he gave me some advice on systems and I went home to do some research of my own. I came back today to pick up a system, Reggie helped me out again and honestly the customer service was A+. Great guy, super patient and had answers for all my questions. This is going to be my new go to Best Buy.

Horrible. Made a special trip to this location because they have a Magnolia. Wanted to listen to some specific high end speakers (costing 4K) but entire computer system was done according to an employee. Apparently they need this system to run their speakers but employee gave no explanation why things weren't working. Looked bored to me and made little effort to explain why the system was done or, more importantly, to offer me another time to come by again or to make some attempt to help me. Best buy just lost my business and I will purchase this at a REAL audio store.

Waited around for half an hour trying to get an employee to open a case for us. They weren’t busy, they just had no one on the floor. Finally chased someone down and had to request help 4 times before they acknowledged us. Then we stood in line for another 20 minutes waiting to check out. They didn’t check out a single customer in that time. Finally flagged down another employee to check out at different kiosk. You shouldn’t have to run down employees to get help. It’s almost like they don’t want you to buy anything.

I purchased a TV (Open Box), in supposedly "Excellent" condition, however when I inspected it prior to taking it home, found out it had missing parts, it was scratched and and broken legs. The staff was very helpfull and professional, but ended not buying anything as dont trust the assessment of the equipment

After getting a virus in my computer and having everything..yes..everything deleted from my computer, Michael was extremely helpful and kind to my distress. He was very knowledgeable and made very good suggestions. My one complaint is that I tried to call my store, left message since no human response...3 times...I left my computer electronic connections and wanted to have them keep them safe for my pickup.

I never in my life walk in Best Buy and a employee disrespect me and tell me I have to go because the way I’m walking not only did he then cursed me out and told me I had to leave store. Worst experience in a Best Buy
