This Starbucks has excellent location, with easy access through Kendall Dr. Or 88th St. The store is clean, organized, great environment to study or read while having a delicious coffee. In my opinion I think the online orders take longer than expected, but the coffee has a standard quality and this is what matter the most. The staff is nice and works efficiently. Offering inside and outside seating. Overall it is a good place to spend a time reading and enjoy a coffee. Vegetarian options: They do offer vegetarian options and also protein box for keto. Parking: Parking available for free. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility Dietary restrictions: Having the protein box is excellent. Also noticed they have the choice for Vanilla sugar free which I found amazing.

This store is great!! A friendly staff. My drink was delicious today. I tried something new, Lauri prepared a Paradise drink, which is pineapple and passion fruit, I loved it!

Terrible experience I ordered online and my order was not ready. I waited for 12 minutes and I ask for a second time if it was ready and nothing they didn’t even were preparing it. I lost my time and my money because I couldn’t wait for my coffee. I got late to my job and I didn’t have my cord great

This Starbucks everyone is always very friendly and amicable. I like coming here as they are fast and polite at least in every encounter I've come here. I usually don't review a Starbucks or fast food place until I have been there a few times to make sure the track record stays. There is also plenty of space here to sit and relax and work if that is your thing. You can also order online for a quick pickup the only downside is they don't have a drive through and that is a killer when you are in a rush and don't have time to get down. That's the only reason it gets 4 stars from me.

It states on google, the staburcks webpage the closing time is 10:00pm and yet it was closed with employees inside at 9:33pm. The lady while cleaning some areas of the store made a hand gesture that it was closed. How bad for Starbucks and the owner of this store specifically.

Without question the best Starbucks I have ever been to and it's not close. Customer service is wonderful, everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The coffee is delicious and honestly is a piece of art. They have the best coffee makers from all the Starbucks I've been to. I highly recommend everyone try this Starbucks. In my book it's the best one in Miami !

Horrible service! This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been at. I waited +15 mins for ONE drink. There were enough stuff, 4-6 people “working” in the front and at that point it was only me and another customer waiting for our orders. Out of those people, maybe 2 or 3 were actually making the drinks. The rest? Well, one was stretching on the floor like she just came out of the gym, the others were dancing and singing. I’ve been a manager of fast paced places before and the only advice I can give to whoever manages this Starbucks is: get rid of these people. No respect for the clients! No professional people either! Didn’t took care of the work space, everything was so dirty and if there’s at one point 6 people in the front and only 3 making the drinks.. the other could be cleaning and sanitizing at least, but no, just kids screaming, dancing and stretching. My worst experience at Starbucks.
