Employees are great, they’ll rarely mess up your order. However, the intercom is absolutely atrocious. You’d have a better time talking through a tin can and a string. Also they only put sprinkles on one half of their donuts. I asked for a sprinkled donut man, not half a sprinkled donut. Artistic choice or not, what a rip off. ~Lewis

Nice employees and the donuts are nice and fresh as they bake and frost them in store. Love their coffee too! Much better tasting and more affordable than Starbucks ~Elaine

Last 3 times I’ve come here, I’ve ordered a hot drink but asked for kid-temp, and every time they’ve given it to me burning hot. One of those times they didn’t even have a sleeve and I already knew it wasn’t done correctly because you feel that heat once you grab the cup. It’s literally a simple button press guys... do better. Also the night crew could offer better customer service, they’ve been mildly rude. ~Pablo

They don’t heat up their breakfast sandwiches long enough. I keep getting half cold food. Black coffee is never ready early morning and intercoms is always broken. Long slow lines ~Frank

ST stores are my favorite spot.. I can say this is one of my top 5. So clean...the kids working there make you feel special and are very attentive to what you need... The AC is perfect; not too cold not to warm... kudos!! great store ~Ramon

I love Starbucks. They have lovely working people at this Starbucks. Most of the time I order an Iced caramel latte with vanilla sweet cold foam ,and caramel drizzle and cinnamon powder on top 👌 ~Alejandra

This Starbucks has excellent location, with easy access through Kendall Dr. Or 88th St. The store is clean, organized, great environment to study or read while having a delicious coffee. In my opinion I think the online orders take longer than expected, but the coffee has a standard quality and this is what matter the most. The staff is nice and works efficiently. Offering inside and outside seating. Overall it is a good place to spend a time reading and enjoy a coffee. Vegetarian options: They do offer vegetarian options and also protein box for keto. Parking: Parking available for free. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility Dietary restrictions: Having the protein box is excellent. Also noticed they have the choice for Vanilla sugar free which I found amazing. ~Shirley

So far my favorite Dunkin' pick up point. Well located, with easy access, even better after the light they recently placed on the entrance of the shopping. Parking is always available, plenty of spot. This location is always busy, however the staff is very efficient and professional. The order is served properly. I really love the delicious French Vanilla Latte, hot, always large 🤣. I had a great experience overall. Vegetarian options: They do have options available. They do offer almond milk, eggs, and veggies. Kid-friendliness: I did see kids having breakfast in the fac. Not that they have special areas to play or device for entertainment, but option of seating and eating. Parking: They are located in a shopping center with plenty of parking spots. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, as every shopping center there is accessibility to wheelchair. Dietary restrictions: For vegan they do offer almond milk in your coffee. Not sure about sandwich.
