Wish I could give ZERO stars! By far the worst managed Starbucks I have ever stepped foot in. Took them 25 minutes to let me know that my mobile order placed 10 minutes before I arrived couldn’t be made because they didn’t have mocha….. meanwhile the staff looks lost and couldn’t care less about customer service! I’ll never visit this Starbucks again even if they paid me to!

DIRTY WATER! That’s what the coffee tasted like. Ordered a simple “ iced coffee mocha” but was handed a hot coffee. WHAT? It’s supposed to be cold. Told the guy the order was wrong and he looked confused. Said he didn’t understand what that was. It’s on the fricken menu dude. Then they made a big deal about it. Finally fixed my order and had to trash it cuz it tasted like dirty water. Don’t walk away…. RUN from this terrible place! $16 down the drain. From all the bad reviews here, it’s obvious this place has gone down hill. AVOID! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Replace management & properly train your employees. It’s not that complicated.

It was disappointing to me, I was expecting something else for a great Starbucks. They didn't have any gluten options, they just offered me a packaged biscuit. The line of the drive thru is always so long and you waste too much time, it's better just going inside and buy. They have a few chairs and tables and nothing comfortable

We went to this sturbucks on 6/25. At 9:45. Staff member "Rudy" was rude and our order was all messed up I do not recommend this sturbucks. Rude staff it seems that Rudy dislikes to work here.

Last 3 times I’ve come here, I’ve ordered a hot drink but asked for kid-temp, and every time they’ve given it to me burning hot. One of those times they didn’t even have a sleeve and I already knew it wasn’t done correctly because you feel that heat once you grab the cup. It’s literally a simple button press guys... do better. Also the night crew could offer better customer service, they’ve been mildly rude.

I wish I can give ZERO STAR, service was terrible. Asked for cheese Danish, they don't have, asked for kiwi starfruit they don't have, asked for salted caramel cold brew and waited in drive through line for almost 15 minutes then paid for it but they said run out of caramel. I ended up getting nothing , I asked the server. You don't have anything? He said nope, we dont and he laughed. This location need to get a new managmemt

Been here a few times and they've messed up my drink for the last time... I asked for a caramel macchiato with 8 splenda's mixed in... I have to say "mixed in" because I've noticed they'll sometimes put all the sugar at the bottom and then pour the coffee which doesn't mix it and leaves all the sugar at the bottom. This time around I received a cold drink with no sugar in it at all. Enough of this place.

Inside service was great . DRIVE thru is disorganized. If they had someone go out and take orders. You have drivers cutting infront one another . The staff you can tell are focused . There doing there best.
