The employees here are all very very nice, but I’m giving 2 stars because you will wait a minimum of 20 minutes to get your drink, no matter what time it is. There were 5 employees working, yet only one was actually making the drinks. I get it that one has to be a cashier, one in charge of food, one in charge of mobile orders maybe? But I don’t see why it’d take 30+ minutes to make a drink when there’s barely anyone else waiting for one?

This Starbucks was very clean, workers were super nice and respectful. I had gone in to order the seasonal Pumpkin Spice Latte. It was my first time ever trying it so I was pretty excited about it. I was also a bit nervous when they asled for my name because believe it or not, Jason is almost always spelled wrong. For example, I've gotten Jeison, or Jayson and i've even gotten Suson before like ??? how is that possible. But anyway, once i got called for my order I saw that my name was spelled right and I smiled and JUST before I could say thank you, I was told "I hope you enjoy your drink, have a great day!" and of course i replied with a "thank you! you as well!". And so, I sat down with my Pumpkin Spice Latte that had my name written perfectly on it, I took a sip and instantly fell in love with the taste. At this point i'm thinking to myself "man i can drink this and cry right now". I have never tasted something so absolutely wonderful in my entire life. From the moment I walked in and was treated perfectly, got the perfect order and right name, I was certainly happy and by the time I walked out, I was a changed man. I would give this Starbucks the highest of reviews for days on end. Overall amazing service from the workers, super respectful and nice and the place was very clean and cozy. Truly a 10/10 for me. I will be coming here MUCH more often.

This Starbucks is the best Starbucks that I have ever been to. Warning....this is not a hyperbole! This Starbucks is Amazing like that Grace Lady. The GM Alex does a great job keeping her people efficient, kind, and likable. It appears that the spirit of luxurious service is inside of them. Before COVID, During COVID, and after COVID this Starbucks will be a Star. I hope Hollywood BLVD is paying attention. Special Shout Outs to: Carl, Tatiana, Shirley, AnnaBella, Jay, Sean, Alex, Johnathan as well as many others. They make my experience truly enjoyable. EDIT: I had to write an additional review a year later to express, with great appreciation, the gratitude that I have for the exceptional service I have received at this Starbucks over the last three years. Just this morning Zach, Evi, Josh, Aldo, Shirley, & Nico made my morning experience one that will give me immense strength to lift the weight of a heavy day to come. Thanks, you all truly make it feel like a home away from home. Love you all. P.S. The drink in the picture is the same drink that I have ordered for more than 1000 days. The Staff has it memorized. That's how close we've grown...they memorized my beverage...we have a beverage bond. Lol <3

VIA UberEats, I ordered 3 of the same coffees, my special blend, as I was introducing colleagues to Starbucks. Coffee: Venti Caramel Macchiato with - 3 extra shots, 4 pumps of classic, 4 pumps of caramel syrup, cinnamon dolce, cinnamon powder. That's an $18 times 3. Delivered were 3 hasty venti cups of milk and coffee... PERIOD! I felt ripped off and my colleagues will never try Starbucks again. Oh Yeah, I want my friggin' money back.

Don’t even bother going here in the mornings. Even if you use mobile ordering to order ahead you have a better chance at seeing God when you arrive than having your order be ready. The staff will quip something like “sorry we haven’t gotten to mobile orders yet” or “we’ve had a lot of espresso orders today”. Last 2 visits I just got a refund and left rather than wait endlessly.
