I drive one block to Walgreens and they Have a western union automatic center , I introduced myself all the information in the system and When I was done the cashier gave the money just asking my phone number , it took me 5 minutes. Don’t spend money on payroll if a machine is going to be more helpful than clerks. If western union is world wide they should be working same way , shouldn’t they ? Everyone at this post office was usually kind enough to help me tape my package but there is this lady who automatically refused to help me and when I told her that usually people help me here she said “WELL NOT ME”. I found this extremely offensive and unprofessional. Instead of lending me a hand, she was just straight up rude. It’s customer service, treat your customers correctly. ~Camila

Please be aware that this bank do not properly operate western union services. I was at the cashier and I have been asked if I have my international drivers license and ID. I said yes and I took out my wallet to provide all the necessary identification than cashier saw that I have a social security card and a green card. He quickly switched and refuse to give me a service just because I don’t have a state ID. This is absolutely insane and that’s not how western union works. Totally waste of time. I was so shocked to see so many poor reviews. My experience at this site was so pleasant. Giovanni and Antoinette were super polite and helpful. Giovanni even helped me save bleeding handwriting on my package so I wouldn't have to re-do it again.
