This western union service is useless, I went this morning to pick up a money transfer and I had everything , my ID and a western union email confirmation for the transaction, all the information matched except for my name in the system, my relative who sent the money put my first name and second last name( mother’s last name) instead of putting my first last name( fathers last name) , and the lady told me that she couldn’t process that information because it didn’t match , I told her I had done this before in this same place, it just makes no sense to me that if I had all information they needed and even and email confirmation on my phone from western union( which I showed them and they didn’t look at it even once) , they call a lady who was supposed to be the manager and she told me the same thing , I don’t get it , I have done this before here with the same name first name and second last name (I told her) , she said the clerk who did it like that was wrong and she could have been truoble for that , I told them ,fine thanks for your help and I left . I drive one block to Walgreens and they Have a western union automatic center , I introduced myself all the information in the system and When I was done the cashier gave the money just asking my phone number , it took me 5 minutes. Don’t spend money on payroll if a machine is going to be more helpful than clerks. If western union is world wide they should be working same way , shouldn’t they ? I am still without getting it .
