How is every Walmart have a Woodforest that's open on Sundays except for this branch is it because we're in a wealthy neighborhood wealthy people aren't allowed to be able to deposit their checks 24 hours a day why do the Houston banks have an ATM that you can put the check in and deposit it why not this Bank or the bank on millbend are y'all making us Woodlands people do more so that we're spending more it doesn't make sense

I absolutely love this branch! Josh, the manager, is AWESOME! His employees are so nice and they are always always very helpful. I have been with this bank for well over 15 years and I could not ask for a better bank. I have been thru many managers and staff with this branch and have never had a problem. Thank you guys!

Great group of employees. I would honestly ignore the negative remarks. I have banked here for over 10 years. They have been helpful with every issue or concern I've had and really do care about the customers. I highly recommend this branch, plus Woodforest DOES NOT charge as many fees as just about every other bank out there.

I spoke to a manager, Josh, over the phone about some issues with my account. He was extremely helpful, and pleasant throughout the call. I saw some negative reviews on here and just wanted to share my experience because this is a very good bank. When i've gone in person they have also been very helpful. Just wanted to say thank you!

been going here for about 2 years now. love most of the staff, they are great. except for this one white bearded manager who was a total ass to my brother last week. it was about 7pm and we had a small misunderstanding between each other, nothing serious i thought but when i left and my brother went back to fix something with his account he said they were close and we they still had a good 45min. til close then as were leaving with our purchases closer to 8pm we see him helping another customer when had just told us they closed for the day.
