I was a Region's client for years until I experienced fraud on my account. Regions was negligent in the way they dealt with this fraud. I was having repeated fraudulent charges from xfinity mobile. I am not an xfinity mobile client. While Regions cancelled the debit card that was compromised, they did not put a block on my actual account to prevent further fraud so everytime they issued me a new card, the person who hacked me continued to charge my account. The third time this occurred, one of the Regions employees actually had to audacity to accuse me of making these fraud charges saying it was rather suspicious that the charges kept occuring. I did not appreciate this at all. Of they had done their job properly, the charges would have stopped. I have closed my account and switched banks. As I was closing my account. I was told that my account had not been properly marked/handled as a fraud issue. Very disappointing as I was a Region's client for over a decade. I expected more from my bank. I have had ZERO issues with fraud at my new bank.

I had a bad time because of the treatment of the teller that attended me today. I went to cash a Western Union money order and what I received were questions such as what nationality I am (seeing my license is from Texas and I am American) and what I wanted the money for. This is not resolved with an “I'm sorry.”.

BEWARE of Regions Bank! They have mishandled our accounts twice! Sending money (UNAUTHORIZED!) via check to our partner companies in other countries. The check never arrived. We had tens of thousands of dollars that we could not access due to negligence. I have tried to close the account with them for over a month now and they simply do not respond to emails or phone calls. Because I cannot reach them via email nor per phone, I am reaching out here on social media to hopefully receive attention. I switched to Mercury Bank! Highly recommend.

Not sure if this review will post for the location at Lotta by Klein Highschool but that is where it is meant for, single handledly this is the worse bank ever, they don't call you back EVER!, I gave up asking for them to call back and have asked for over a month for the bank manager to have her superior contact me, she won't because she is afraid of the feedback I would give her. Her name is "Kizzie" , I am CEO of a 1000 person company and I can tell you I would never tolerate any of my employees treating customers this way

We called in advance to book a sit down with the banker because we needed help financing a car. We have had four family members using this bank unit for years. We have never had such ridiculous service at a branch. We got to the bank at 420 due to a major wreck right next to the regions which took over 30 min to get through. We walk in and are greeted by three people behind the glass. The one person sitting at their desk did not even look up. He hesitated to even respond when spoken to. A man came out and sounded like a recording stating "the next available teller will be right with you" shortly after saying that we heard a firm female voice say "no, all inquiries stop at 4". The timid man came back over and stated that they would need to reschedule us. Why wouldn't you say that when we called while on our way?? There were 4 employees there and none of them were interested in staying to help or make money for the branch. If I could leave no stars I would. Do not go here.

I wanted to leave feedback regarding my overall experience with Regions. I have been very disappointed in the customer service aspect I have received thus far. The only times I received kindness from the representatives, was during the process of opening my 3 accounts. Over the past few months I have experienced some hardship, like many of us have, due to the pandemic and the effects of Covid-19. Unfortunately, my finances suffered, and when I have reached out to the bank for additional resources or ways they could assist, I was met with coldness and harsh tones. My concerns were dismissed and disregarded. I even reached out to management a few times, and each time they lacked empathy regarding my concerns. I do not feel as if the company or it’s representatives value me, or others, as their customers. They lack the reciprocity of the respect given to them. I have accounts with other banks that prioritize my needs as a customer, and Regions has failed miserably in this department.

I've been banking with them since last year. I contacted them for personal debt consolidation loan and had to call several times being there was a credit freeze and lifted several times but finally after a long period off waiting for the underwriter it was approved with great interest rate. The ladies here are very sweet never had a bad encounter with any of them.
