I don’t live in Florida and this store is in few locations and I have been wanting to go for a while. When I visited Florida this time, I wanted to take my time and go to this store. It’s in one corner of the mall, the lighting in the store isn’t great. The SA was nice and helpful. Coming to the shoe collection, there aren’t a lot, and for the ones I was interested in, they don’t have my size in them. I wish they had options for shorter heel as well. I won’t be returning here again.

The shoes are very pretty and the staff very sweet. I became familiar with their brand while looking for a pair of pumps that matched my gown. An absolute must place to visit. Also, try their online website. Some of their shoes are so wickedly evil that one has to say a prayer before and after wearing them😉

I went to this store today at Aventura mall and Rita is truly the worst manager in the entire world. She started acting aggressively towards me and my family and also started cursing and yelling causing a huge scene. The quality of this stores products and shoes are disgusting. The team at this store is even worse.. I hope I save everyone who sees this review the time of going to the worst store I have ever entered. Definitely never going here again and DEFINITELY making sure none of my friends or family shop here!

Just wanted to take my time to write this review about Schulz located in Aventura Mall the lady that took care of me name Rita was absolutely great, from the moment I got there she greeted me with a smile and was very professional with guiding me in getting the perfect shoes . I would certainly recommend Schutz to my family and friends. 5 stars!!!

Worse service and quality!!!! Shoes make so much notice as you walk, took them to the store and there was not warranty 5 days after my purchase. Even the sales person agreed on the same problem, she told me that she has those shoes and had the same issue. Buy there at your own risk.!
