This place is sooooo slow. Always claiming they are short staff but I've been inside where there were people waiting and all employees just standing around. The Saturday staff is the biggest joke of all at this place. Avoid at all costs

Woodforest needs to update their there closing time it says 8 p.m. I got here at 5:30 and these guys tell me that I need to go to Woodforest.com and look at the Times there. Me personally I don't go to Woodforest that come to take the times I should look for a Woodforest in my maps look at the X in the specifics.

Just had to drop a few lines to commend the tellers and assistant branch managers at this location. Very knowledgeable as well as professional, not your "Basic" branch by any stretch, which is more than I can say for their branch manager who seemed to lack professionalism. I opened up two new accounts and received all the information on both as well as new debit cards they printed onsite, and they walked me through setting up my online banking using their app as well, even with having a line I was still acknowledged as was assisted quite quickly.

5 stars for the branch manager who always provides excellent customer service and completing my financial requests. When management is not there unfortunately the level of competence and professionalism is non-existent by the tellers. Be sure to only go into this branch with "basic" deposit and withdrawal requests because that is all the tellers are able to complete on their own. They do not complete due diligence on customers that have a long history with Woodforest and lumped me in the same category as a customer who are a risk of fraud. I went to open a new banking account. The girl did not explain anything to me. Before I knew it I was getting charged for bank cards and for having an account and I had no idea up front. She said if I open an account I'd get paid a day earlier if I direct deposited- which did not happen.

Walk-in 10 minutes before they shut down and a have to stand in line and as soon as you get it front of the line it's 8:05 to tell that they're closed but you've been spending a lot for 10 minutes. What kind of customer service is that
