The ladies that work here are very rude. When I asked someone at a store near by if they used Woodforest they said yes and mentioned how rude they are all the time!! So bad they don't even want to get change from them! I then went by the pharmacy and when I was checking out I was very curious their input on the ladies at the bank and they said they don't use Woodforest however have heard they're rude!! I do not stand for rude customer serivice especially when it comes to financials/banking. Treat people how you'd want to be treated!!! ~Kylie

I absolutely love this branch! Josh, the manager, is AWESOME! His employees are so nice and they are always always very helpful. I have been with this bank for well over 15 years and I could not ask for a better bank. I have been thru many managers and staff with this branch and have never had a problem.
