Best jewelry repair service in Hollywood, Florida (FL) 2024

I paid $25 for a battery and it started to present with wrong time after 3 months and then it stopped. No garentee, called them and hey said it wasn't the battery. How would they know. Never shop there again. What a rip off. Nasty, self rightous woman on the phone. Also, the guy that fixed it left a big oily finger print on the face of my classic Gucci Watch. Just being honest, I was on my way to casino pawn and the owner not only remembered me but remembered my number and knew that it was me that was calling. He might’ve just had caller Id but that kind of attention to customer appreciation is the reason for this review. I remembered how I walked in for the first time and immediately felt this rush of history and awesomeness kinda like a museum of coolness. The place is clean and large and makes u feel like a movie star. But that wasn’t the reason for the review... the people where. The worst thing about pawning your most prized possessions beyond the fact that times may be so hard that u need to sell your things in the first place is the way pawn brokers treat u like your going to walk out their establishment right into the hands of your local drug dealer. You are always low-balled with that take-it-or-leave-it mentality because of the position your in and it just hurts more. Not at Casino. I feel like I can come and with no questions asked be treated like more than a commodity but like family. Fair is an understatement but I feel like the money u receive here is above fair. Bill is the best, his communication is top quality and it’s like he has a heart of gold. Above all (and here’s the best part) I don’t believe I am treating any better than anyone else because I know from experience that EVERYONE is treated the same way here. ~OnAnotherLevel
