Great place to shop and do your jewelry repairs. Employee Douglas is very professional, courteous and customer service obsessed. He was patient, and understanding in assisting me to get my Movado watch fixed.

WEIGH YOUR GOLD before you leave it with this jeweler. My ring appears to be substancially thinner after dropping it off here. Do NOT have your jewelry engraved here. It looks like a high school kid engraved my ring, the way it was done. The three initials are not the same size, and then they ran out of space and had to squeeze in the last letter. Also, they used the wrong font. I showed them a certain font. They said they have one similar. I said I do not want block letters. I got block letters. I was wrong to not insist on seeing the design before it was performed. Shame on me. But, please. Three letters on a ring, how could they mess that up? But they did. Cost: $45.

Great service and an overall great experience. Douglas was extremely helpful with all my questions and needs. Came back a few days later and he remembered my name and exactly what I needed. Think I found my new spot for all my jewelry needs.

I was reluctant to get my grandmother's ring fixed. Fear of more damage to the ring that is a heirloom and very dear to me. I took the ring to Paradise and expressed the sentimental value of this piece and that I needed it fixed like new. The next day they called me to tell me the ring was ready. When I got there I was so pleased with the repairs all I could do is stare at it. I envisioned the ring on my grandmother's hand. 🧡 the ring is very small and dainty but big in memories. And the jeweler's did a great job on the repairs. The staff is very helpful and kind. Thanks so much.

I paid $25 for a battery and it started to present with wrong time after 3 months and then it stopped. No garentee, called them and hey said it wasn't the battery. How would they know. Never shop there again. What a rip off. Nasty, self rightous woman on the phone. Also, the guy that fixed it left a big oily finger print on the face of my classic Gucci Watch. You can see the prints in the picture I posted.

I love this store ! I always come here or the dolphin mall location for all my pieces of jewelry. And every single visit I leave satisfied with my purchase. They have a large selection of items and the quality of the gold and diamonds is top notch. Best part is they work with all Budgets and have very fair prices. I would highly recommend Carolina she’s amazing very knowledgeable and great sense of style when it comes to picking out a nice piece. The whole staff however is pleasant and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They also do everything as far as custom pieces, fixing jewelry and polishing. I recommend paradise 100% if you want quality jewelry.

Wow. What can I say. Thought they were great until I found out I was cheated on price. Saw, liked and priced a Guess watch in the store. They said $120. Took a photo of the watch and passed it along to my wife and kids hinting at what I wanted for Christmas. Christmas day I get the watch as a gift. Super happy, until finding the receipt today. The receipt shows my wife purchasing the watch the same day I priced it, but with a sales price of $150. I check the internet and I am seeing the watch priced at $99. Now I feel cheated. I know profit is the name of the game, but not happy my wife was given a price $30 more then I was told. I didnt negotiate the price I got so feel my wife was robbed. At this point I am upset and advised her I am returning the watch. Read the receipt and they have a no refund policy and you can only exchange an item for store credit, but within a 7 day window. Since I am just finding this reciept, I am out of luck. I had just found this place 3 month prior and had done business with them on three occasions in that time. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere, because I hate doing business where people are inconsistent.
