I’ve been a customer here since 2016 and it’s the first place I go to when I need my sound gear serviced or I need to buy new gear. They saved me early in my career when another store incorrectly wired a new lav and I needed a replacement fast. I’ve been loyal to them ever since. The people that work here are incredibly kind and informative. No matter what I need, whether it be research on new equipment, troubleshooting an issue, or making a quick purchase, they always make sure I get what I need as soon as possible. This is by far the best company I've ever dealt with when it comes to audio rentals. They are incredibly competent and extremely reasonable with their pricing. Recently I placed an order for the rental. When I received it, they accidentally sent me the wrong clip-ons for the lav mics (which was no big deal honestly). I called them up, and they overnighted me the correct ones the next morning! I was so happy to have received them. They literally go above and beyond the call of duty! I would recommend them to everyone.

We were making a pretty big purchase of new location gear wanting to upgrade our quality and had several questions. Gotham was super helpful in giving us advice and tips on how to get the best deal as well as answering questions about each piece of gears compatibility, reputation and difficulty operating . They were always in touch throughout the order and delivery process. As everyone knows we are currently (December 2021) in a global supply chain issue. Gotham sent us emails letting us know estimated delivery of backordered equipment and in fact, we were able to rent some of the gear at a great rate which means that we are able to work and still make a profit. Ordering gear is always a bit stressful but Gotham made it a super smooth process for us!

Been ordering from them for 10 yrs now, cant say i ordered much, cuz i am from serbia and i buy when i am in us or have a good friend visiting. The communication i had with the staff was always pleasant and very professional yet friendly. Prices are good and they sometimes gift you something. Recently purchased a few lav wind socks that are relatively difficult to find. They were out of stock but customer service was nice enough to email me and remembered to email me again once they came back in stock to let me know they were on the way. I really appreciate customer service especially like in this case when they remembered to update me about my order. will order my audio equipment from here from now on. Thank you!

I came from out of town to lead a workshop and needed some AV. I chose Gotham because of their price, but found their service to be great. I needed to add some speakers to an existing system that I didn't have eyes on, and I was anxious about my ability to do so. Jess Spreen kindly and patiently guided me through the process and provided extra cables and connectors so that all bases were covered. The set up was very smooth and the sound was good.
