Best cosmetics store in Melbourne, Florida (FL) 2024

We just had the best experience at the Dillard's Men's Department and wanted to share. We were looking for a modern dress shirt with a good fit for my husband (who is in his 60s but looks younger, and is in good shape) for an upcoming wedding. As Floridians our normal style is very casual and a dress shirt hasn't been needed for quite awhile. Carlos in the Men's Department was SO helpful! He knew the brands and fits and also intuited exactly what I was looking for for my husband. We received such wonderful service, it reminded me of days gone by when men's stores catered to each customer as if they were their best customer. Thank you Carlos! ~Marybeth

I was trying to get an important medication for my son filled and this CVS pharmacy location was the only pharmacy around my area that had it. I was having issues with my son's MD actually send it and once it was sent there was an insurance issue. The pharmacy staff gave me non-medical advice on how to resolve the issue. Once the issue was resolved and was finally able to get the Rx filled, the pharmacy tech I spoke with was so caring and patient with me. She said that the meds might not be ready until morning but she was able to get them filled tonight. I am so thankful for her kindness and patience she gave me. Just a big THANK YOU to the pharmacy staff at this location. After all the hassle I went through to even find a pharmacy that had this medicine and fill it, the staff here made my experience so great and I definitely recommend them. The worst pharmacy experience. Dropped prescriptions off at 1:30 and was told they would be ready in two hours. Went back at 6 to be told they aren’t ready and the guy was there alone and the people in line in the store were waiting. Then he hands the phone (drive thru) to someone else (guess he wasn’t alone!) who proceeded to scream at me and tell me the longer I sat there complaining, the longer it would take them to fill! Both were rude and obnoxious. Hire more staff if it takes you 5 hours to fill a simple Rx. ~Patti

I’ve been coming here for years and this review is curtailed toward the pharmacy— specifically to Nikki, whose professional and interpersonal characteristics are *more* than admirable. She is succinct in her work and also has an infectiously nice demeanor— as someone who works in customer service it can be hard to retain a positive baseline! But in the years I’ve been here she has a sanguine presence that’s undeniable. great coupons here too. ~CJ
