I’ve been coming here for years and this review is curtailed toward the pharmacy— specifically to Nikki, whose professional and interpersonal characteristics are *more* than admirable. She is succinct in her work and also has an infectiously nice demeanor— as someone who works in customer service it can be hard to retain a positive baseline! But in the years I’ve been here she has a sanguine presence that’s undeniable. great coupons here too.

Worst customer service ever at the Baytree CVS pharmacy. I get better customer service at the DMV and Courthouse...

I had an outstanding experience with the Pharmacy at this location. The whole team went above and beyond to serve me and my family. Razan gave excellent suggestions, described our prescriptions with knowledge, and gave phenomenal suggestions. CVS, you are lucky to have Razan as a part of her team! She goes above and beyond for the customers and cares about their success and wellbeing. Also, Eliza and Hanady provided outstanding customer service and cared about giving us the best outcome. Thank you all! I highly recommend this location based on our experience.

Man in pharmacy told me to gargle wound wash for a canker sore. Wound wash is for for external use only and it said that on the bottle. Maybe get a new job if you hate it so much you try to poison a customer for bothering you.

1 star IS A GIFT! The Pharmacy is horrid, prescriptions from the doctors generally get lost, promised delivery times are often missed, and management has been cutting back on help. WAKE UP CVS - We have options and I'll exercise mine. Good Bye Felicia

This is just a PSA to CVS that you all need to spray down the store this morning with some Lysol or microban ASAP. Because a woman came in with her child, both hacking coughing without a mask and looking sick and sweaty. They were walking around everywhere in the store like they were taking a stroll in the park. This was around 8:30 pm 1/4/22. This is a PSA to the people of Viera/ Suntree: Wear your MASK! Get your Vaccine! Stay home if you're sick! It is simple. How dumb and selfish can you all be? That is why Brevard numbers are going back up. Do you want your kids to suffer with this? Do you want your parents to have this? Stop being idiots and masks up so we can eradicate this thing faster!

Enough is Enough. No Patient should ever have to deal with abusive caregivers. I knew this was a busy location and really try to (cut the good folks a break) but After being Snapped at & hung up on, and having to drive around town because of txt messages saying my order was rejected. My Primary Care Doctors Office Staff agreed and complained that the Pharmacy is rude, misses details. - Joint Commission CVS Security & Florida Dept of Health were contacted to Close this location. Switching to Walmart. Delivery is included with Walmart + and the cost of prescriptions is half as much . Bye Bye Rude Manager & Bye Bye CVS Forever.

They do not even deserve a one star. I've been going to the CVS in Target for 3 years. I even talked my fiance into switching to this pharmacy. It was wonderful when Jennifer was there and the manager. They were always busy, but I never had to worry about them not having my prescriptions there. I am on 15 different prescription meds for various reasons, but the main reason is chronic pain, depression and fibromyalgia. Obviously these meds are NOT as needed, they are meds that I absolutely can NOT miss a dose or I will end up in the emergency room for horrible withdrawal symptoms. CVS now has a new system to order their stock. They leave it up to a computer now instead of a human. Most of you know that insurance will not allow you to pick up rx before 30 days, therefore when you need your refill, you have to have it. Friday they did not have 2 of my meds and they had NO idea when they would come in. They can NOT call check another CVS store for you. You have to call yourself and then call your Dr for a new script. It's absolutely ridiculous. They do not even care. I'm not going to be the only one with this problem now with this new system. I'm taking all of my meds to a different pharmacy that cares

This is by far the worst pharmacy! RX are never ready when they say; I don’t think they have ever actually started on any of my RX until I show up to get it. I had major surgery 12/14 & was inpatient until 12/17. On Friday the 18th my surgeon called an additional RX to get me through Monday when they saw me. I was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. 12/18 at noon I still had not received an notification it was ready. Calling was no help because the line continually hangs up on you. 5:30pm finally spoke with someone because we chose the option for “Provider calling”. She first said they never received anything and then said “oh yes here it is”. She said it would be ready at 11am next day. Showed up at 12:40 pm and we got “sorry we are backed up but working on it. It will be ready in 20 minutes.” This is unexceptionable and honestly shows that CVS Pharmacy really doesn’t care about it’s patients or what they are going through. Your first priority should be your patients THEN making your profits off all your flu shots and COVID testing. I will find another location or pharmacy!
