I was trying to get an important medication for my son filled and this CVS pharmacy location was the only pharmacy around my area that had it. I was having issues with my son's MD actually send it and once it was sent there was an insurance issue. The pharmacy staff gave me non-medical advice on how to resolve the issue. Once the issue was resolved and was finally able to get the Rx filled, the pharmacy tech I spoke with was so caring and patient with me. She said that the meds might not be ready until morning but she was able to get them filled tonight. I am so thankful for her kindness and patience she gave me. Just a big THANK YOU to the pharmacy staff at this location. After all the hassle I went through to even find a pharmacy that had this medicine and fill it, the staff here made my experience so great and I definitely recommend them. Thank you again, so much!

They sincerely don't care about the customer. They belittle and berate. My husband was put on an auto refill that he didn't ask for. I just tried to have photos printed and they were on extremely cheap photo paper and completely pixelated. The color aspect was off as well. And when I said they were messed up, the man behind the counter started telling me it was my fault for not knowing what I was purchasing and that they don't print professional photos as a rule. And "what did you expect?" Finally when I swor and said I'd just pay for them so he could throw them away, he told me to take my card out and just leave. Reiterating how I "should know what I am purchasing next time." I'm done with this CVS. Take your money elsewhere and let this CVS finally go under.

I Never had a Problem with this CVS Pharmacy/Store. They have always been Nice and Helpful to Me. The Manager and one of the Cashiers put my water and other items in my Car several times. And TJ she is Awesome. This is my favorite CVS.

I’m shocked at the reviews of the pharmacy. I have been getting mine here for over a year and unfortunately have quite a bit. Never an issue and if there is like w insurance approval, they politely help me in whatever calls need to be made or direct me what to do. Always polite, I wish people would go easier on them. They have a hard job! Be kinder and bring them a thank you gift!

Can't I give no stars? My aunt went to this CVS pharmacy on N Wickham Rd and was terribly mistreated, she's already in her 70s. The worker who gave her the covid shot was very impolite and disrespectful, and didn't even put the cotton pad on her arm after injection. We didn't manage to get his name, but just for reference, he has an Asian look. We won't go back to that CVS ever again! You lost a customer.

After having to leave the CVS down the road because I was trying to get my son a covid test which I had an appointment, they would not let him get tested because their system apparently again was down! The CVS down the road told me their system was down which this was the second time! The lady at this CVS was rude she had an attitude at the drive though window. I told her I'm done with CVS your store is terrible! I've spent so much money at CVS I will never again they lost a good customer. Going to Walgreens from now on.

I've seen first hand how shorthanded the pharmacy has been while also handling a number of COVID 19 questions and concerns. It has been a hard year for all of us. My experiences with this pharmacy have been exceptional. The pharmacy staff work nonstop and even continue after the doors have closed. Thank you, all of the staff from the pharmacist down to the cashier. Your work and dedication has not been overlooked.

This store closes at 10pm on a Sunday night, no problem. I made it there within 10 (maybe a few more) minutes before closing because it was a last minute emergency. As soon as I walk in the cashier is casually sipping her drink and tells me that they’ve already closed down their drawers for the night m, cool, no problem. The problem here though, is that they should have closed the store completely and locked the doors. Because NO ONE that is going to a local CVS at that time of night, is going there to browse. They obviously need to make a last minute purchase and likely a very important one at that, so not having open drawers for the cashiers, is a problem. And to the cashier who’s “sorry” I ignored on my way out, you guys are lucky I needed to get to the next open CVS and that I didn’t have time to be petty, because EVERYWHERE where I have worked with a cash register, I have always closed the store completely if I am not going to be any good to any customer that walks in. So next time, lock your doors and just close the store.

Every month is a major ordeal to get my regular prescriptions. I miss the Walgreens pharmacy so much, such a shame they don't accept my new insurance. This month they not only didn't have my script ready on time; but when I went in to get a different one I was ignored in the drive thru. When I went inside the staff was rude and part of the reason the drive-thru was ignored was one of them being busy on the phone making cruise plans. It's no wonder this place can barely hold a 2 star rating.
