Awesome State Farm Office managed by Tamara Corell and Agent Mr. John Litzeier.” I’ve been a customer for 60+ years and this Office is truly the Best! I had a Collision on I-95. Needless to say, it was stressful; however, State Farm Office immediately took control and before I knew it, their online application sent me Texts which included: The Claim, Hudson Collision reached out with confirmation detail (date and time of appointment), and in parallel, Hertz texted Reservation Time and date. All confirmed by Mr. Lutzeire! All parties were connected and continued updates via text on my cell phone. Amazing communication! What an AWESOME APP!!! I was shocked with their EASY online navigation plus “personal” phone calls to Follow Up with final approval of repairs! Usually, Businesses with apps do not have closed loop accounting focusing on the customer with “real time” communication! Not only did State Farm relieve stress, but at the end of Agent’s call, reviewed current coverage which increased property damage with little cost plus included monthly savings based on personal driving. Thank you State Farm!!!!!

This particular State Farm office gave me some of the highest levels of customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been a SF customer over 40 years in many different parts of USA. This office is the best. Tamara answered my initial phone call quickly & simply. I was a real PERSON to her. She provided accurate information w/clear responses to my queries. I was having problems with the State re my insurance & registration—it was a mess—she figured it all out, did the necessary paperwork, called people, and the next day, when I met w the State, everything was restored, problem solved! I COULD NOT HAVE FIGURED THAT OUT ON MY OWN!! Recently I worked with Barbara via a phone call. Again, great service, great knowledge, great help. She has followed up with me & I’m very pleased with the level of care and professionalism from her, as well. Thank you so very much.

Jon is professional, kind, and will find out the answer to any insurance question. Nikki was truly amazing! She is a star in her field. I can’t thank her enough for how quickly she help me get coverage for both my home and vehicles, saving us $450 for the year and providing better coverage than what we had prior. She also did it all in record time… short of a miracle, while I put in a position of losing my coverage due to the providing company liquidation.
