I've been a customer here since not long after moving back to Florida. My dad, stepmom, and eldest sister have been going hear for even longer. Always excellent service, and while... yes... some repairs come with a high cost, you can be 100% sure you're not getting ripped off or lied to and you can be 100% sure you're getting the work done properly. You will never be told a repair is needed if it's not, and you will be told if/when a vehicle isn't worth repairing any longer. I live in Cocoa, but the peace of mind is well worth making the drive. ~Tina

Drive thru.. is Ridiculous if you are strapped for time do not go to this branch. Rude teller pushed call button and she came on and said she was finishing up with someone. Then I watched her take care of 6 other people and their cars drive away. Pushed call button again and she said how can I help you I said I just have a quick question while I was asking her my question noticed she had jumped over to the car next to me that pulled up 2 cars after me in a separate line. Pushed call button again and said not sure if you forgot about us or what? She said no I’m just finishing up with someone, I proceeded to ask her my question and she cut me off and said I’ll be with you in a second. Watched two more cars drive off with her on their screen. She was very short and rude with me when I asked her if a teller check costs any money she kept rudely asking me if I was a member after I already told her yes plus I already sent my member car and filled out a withdraw slip and she said she got it. Doesn’t make any sense to me. Then I needed assistance with connecting my other checking account because my SCCU account wouldn’t allow me to send money out but I was able to send money to my SCCU account from my other checking account. She transferred me to a gentleman and he was clueless as to what I needed and said he couldn’t do anything because he doesn’t have access to my other checking account. I advised him it was a problem with sccu not my other account as I’m able to send money from my account. These people just love to waste your time …45 minutes I waited.. also the original teller never made out my teller check 45 minutes and I still haven’t gotten my check. They kept going round and round about the other checking out. I ended up just calling my other bank and they had it fixed less than three minutes later. Sad sad. ~Krishna

A nice anchor store in Melbourne Square mall This is one of the Melbourne Square mall's anchor stores located on the East end of the mall. It is a single-story building with 3 external entrances and one mall entrance. Like most major department stores it has several departments surrounding the makeup and jewelry department section in the center of the store. Various departments include men’s, women’s, children’s, bedding, bath, shoes, etc. The floors are white marble and sections have carpeting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were looking for jewelry on this particular visit. The prices are a bit high but the quality is good and the staff was extremely nice about helping us look through the various options. We ended up buying some makeup and using a gift card that we had found years ago. It still had money on it so make sure you don’t just discard them if you find one. The overall condition of the store was clean but the design was dated but is understandable due to opening in 2003. The store was open an hour before the mall so we visited this store and then continued our shopping adventure into the mall. Overall, it was a very pleasant visit thanks to the staff that helped us look for jewelry and makeup. ~Ward

I was trying to get an important medication for my son filled and this CVS pharmacy location was the only pharmacy around my area that had it. I was having issues with my son's MD actually send it and once it was sent there was an insurance issue. The pharmacy staff gave me non-medical advice on how to resolve the issue. Once the issue was resolved and was finally able to get the Rx filled, the pharmacy tech I spoke with was so caring and patient with me. She said that the meds might not be ready until morning but she was able to get them filled tonight. I am so thankful for her kindness and patience she gave me. Just a big THANK YOU to the pharmacy staff at this location. After all the hassle I went through to even find a pharmacy that had this medicine and fill it, the staff here made my experience so great and I definitely recommend them. The worst pharmacy experience. Dropped prescriptions off at 1:30 and was told they would be ready in two hours. Went back at 6 to be told they aren’t ready and the guy was there alone and the people in line in the store were waiting. Then he hands the phone (drive thru) to someone else (guess he wasn’t alone!) who proceeded to scream at me and tell me the longer I sat there complaining, the longer it would take them to fill! Both were rude and obnoxious. Hire more staff if it takes you 5 hours to fill a simple Rx. ~Patti

I’ve been coming here for years and this review is curtailed toward the pharmacy— specifically to Nikki, whose professional and interpersonal characteristics are *more* than admirable. She is succinct in her work and also has an infectiously nice demeanor— as someone who works in customer service it can be hard to retain a positive baseline! But in the years I’ve been here she has a sanguine presence that’s undeniable. great coupons here too. ~CJ
