The entire staff at Bob Steel are not only cordial. They're very knowledgeable of the product this dealership sells. The sales crew are attentive. The attention paid to each customer from the initial introduction when you first arrive up through the time you leave the establishment is very welcoming. When a question is asked and they're not 100% sure of the answer. They have no qualms about asking someone else, who might know the answer. There's no quesswork involved. Personally. My experience has been pleasant. I am I treated with the same respect whether I'm just checking out the inventory or looking to purchase a particular vehicle. My check engine light came on after my cruise on Friday morning and I brought my 2019 Chevy Equinox in to be assessed. The service department stated it could be Monday before it was looked at. I came in and spoke with Angel who quickly took my information and went to get the service manager Jeff. After a few minutes Jeff explained the issue and assured me we would be on the road to South Carolina within a couple of hours. The customer service is OUTSTANDING and very professional. Highly recommend!

When I arrived to the dealership to have my Suburban's air bag light diagnosed the first thing I mentioned to my service advisor (Matt) was that I was interested in getting the illuminated Chevy bow tie and weather mats and I needed a price on it. Matt said he would call me in the afternoon with a price. By 5:00 pm when I hadn't received a call, I reached out to the service desk to ask for Matt, and I was told my another advisor that he was busy but I would be getting a call back from him. The next day at 12:00pm when I still had not received a call I called the service desk again to ask for Matt, and he was available to tell me that he was working on getting a price on the accessories I asked for, and did not have an estimated time of completion for the service being performed on my car, but he would call me in the afternoon with the information. After not hearing from Matt or anyone that afternoon or the next day I called and spoke to who I believe was a manager (Jeff). I explained to Jeff the situation in what I had asked for, and the follow up I had not received, which he apologized for. Jeff also informed me that I could come pick up a rental car in the mean time and he would follow up with me on the status of my vehicle. Over the next two days, Jeff did follow up with me on the status of my vehicle, which at that point I went to pick up the rental car that was offered and Matt assisted me with the rental. Two days after that date Matt reached out to me to let me know that the wiring harness needed for my vehicle may need to be ordered, or may be in stock but he would call me this afternoon to let me know. AGAIN I did not hear from Matt and called the next day and asked him "Why do you keep saying you are going to call me and don't follow up man?". He apologized, we kind of laughed it off and told me the part needed to be ordered which it was, arrived a day later, and was installed. The issue I have is no one ever gave me a price on the accessories I asked for even after I brought it up several times. Being a business owner I would think if my company was performing a warranty they would be happy to find an opportunity for a sale. Things could have been much worst and the rental care was appreciated which is why I gave two stars. The lack of follow up and me not getting the information I asked for to make a purchase is why I won't be visiting the Cocoa dealership for service in the future.

I brought my car in for its free oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment for 8am and arrived at 7:45. My service was completed around 9:20. As I was driving home on the interstate my car started violently shaking. It had never done that in the five years I have had my car. I called the service department and immediately brought the car back. My car was taken back around 9:45. I was told that they needed to balance the tires, I assumed that was part of rotating the tires but I was informed it was not. After that,I was never given an update unless I went to ask. I did not leave the service department until 1:00 after asking for an update twice. The final time I asked for an update I was told only 30 more minutes. An hour later I went to ask again and my keys were sitting on the counter, how long they had been there I don’t know. I was at the dealership from 7:45 am until 1:00 pm, as a new mother who has an infant at home that needed to be breastfed, that time is unacceptable. The lack of courtesy to update me on what was going on and how long it might take was disappointing. This was by far the worst service I have had at Bob Steele. I also noticed a license plate frame was put on my car without my permission. Those are illegal as they cover part of the license plate. Had I gotten pulled over, would Bob Steele have paid my ticket? My husband and I have both bought cars from you and are disappointed in the drop in courtesy and professionalism. The 40 minute drive to your dealership is no longer worth the free oil change.

Mom's first car purchase in 18 years could not have been better. Blake and Dave were both excellent with her taking the time to answer questions and reassure her of any issues she may have. They have earned my business today and in the future. I would be very confident in recommending them and Bob Steele Chevrolet to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle.

Josh and Jose took such great care of us. Josh was kind and personable and easy to talk to. He made sure we were comfortable and took every thing we needed into account to make sure we were happy at every step in the process. Jose was kind and very accommodating and calm. He made sure to explain all of the numbers and paperwork in a way we could easily understand. Overall very happy with the whole experience.

I was very disappointed in Bob Steele ! First when I pulled up to have my oil changed, I was asked if I had an appointment. I answered no I wasn't aware I needed one. If the policy has been changed , they could have sent out an email to make people aware. Then I asked how long it would take . Angel said 1 1/2 - 2 hours, since my care needed it done I said I would wait. Angel also said it may not take that long. It didn't appear to be very busy. There were 4 people waiting. After the 2 hours I went in the office. On my way there I saw my car sitting in the same spot as before. I was very upset. I asked why my car wasn't ready. Agel asked " weren't you the one that didn't have an appointment? Yes I am but you said 2 hours! As we walked out of the office he told me. Not to talk to him that way. I was furious and yelled at him. This continued , I told him to just get my car. Then He told me to leave the property. Which I gladly did. Long and short is my car still needs an oil change. Bob Steele does my change free since I bought my car there. I admit I could have been nicer about it. Only he should have taken more action to resolve this situation.

The poor service I received at Bob Steele Chevrolet is truly unbelievable. I went in for a diagnostic check that cost $150 and took over 4 hours. I’ve called the service advisor at least 5 times about the issue and to receive estimates. I have not received a call back or estimate to this point. He said I’ll call you back, but never did. He said I’ll send the estimate by email (twice), but never did. It’s either incompetence or shady business. Spending a ton of money to fix a car issue is not fun, it’s even worse when you can’t get a clear answer or someone to get back to you on resolving the issue. In this case no answer and a horrible and negative experience. I do not recommend you go here. Don’t let them waste your time and money. Take your business somewhere else.

Finally, we were able to trade in our old suburban for a new one as Bob Steele had one that just arrived on the lot Evergreen in color when I called. (We had been looking for a color other than white or black) . I was able to put a credit card deposit over the phone and we drove down the day before our cruise out of Port Canaveral to pick it up. Steven our salesman was super, very friendly and efficient.
