Customer for life! Really had a great experience due to Cassie's excellent customer service and patience. What a wonderful experience, not something I'd normally say when purchasing a vehicle. She didn't pressure, was honest and forthright. The whole experience from the first test drive the final purchase was really top notch. We actually changed brands, to Honda. I normally don't like license plate holders that advertise the dealer - However, when they put on the plate holder that said Customer Life, I honestly had to agree. I'm looking forward to great customer service and a long-term relationship. ~LKW

I was very disappointed in Bob Steele ! First when I pulled up to have my oil changed, I was asked if I had an appointment. I answered no I wasn't aware I needed one. If the policy has been changed , they could have sent out an email to make people aware. Then I asked how long it would take . Angel said 1 1/2 - 2 hours, since my care needed it done I said I would wait. Angel also said it may not take that long. It didn't appear to be very busy. There were 4 people waiting. After the 2 hours I went in the office. On my way there I saw my car sitting in the same spot as before. I was very upset. I asked why my car wasn't ready. Agel asked " weren't you the one that didn't have an appointment? Yes I am but you said 2 hours! As we walked out of the office he told me. Not to talk to him that way. I was furious and yelled at him. This continued , I told him to just get my car. Then He told me to leave the property. Which I gladly did. Long and short is my car still needs an oil change. Bob Steele does my change free since I bought my car there. I admit I could have been nicer about it. Only he should have taken more action to resolve this situation. ~frann

I found quite a few items I was looking for and some I didn't know I wanted. But the prices were a bit higher than I was expecting for a thrift store. But they usually are for charity. I got 5 baby receiving blankets, 5 burping cloths, 2 pair of stockings and a 38 pack of diapers for $15. The diapers were $0.22 less than retail. Store is clean, organized and staff seemed to be friendly with the patrons. I may go again for a really good sale which they had plenty of just not for the items I purchased. Happy shopping ~sunny

Went to look for a pantry cabinet. When we noticed they didn’t have any we looked around for other things. They didn’t have great prices. A lot of the items you can find a lot cheaper else where. But I still like the $1.00 spices even though those have gone up too. ~Aimee

I went to this store at 7:50 pm. I was on the phone with ATT adding a line to my account. I NEEDED a SIM for tomorrow. The door was locked. I knocked until Doc came to the front and unlocked the door. He informed me that he would not help me, because he had already turned off all of the computers. So how often does Doc do this? How many hours has he been paid for while hiding in the back of the store with the front door locked? Why was his face red, and why did he seem out of breath? ~Jon

They are scamming people paid $800 for AC unit it went out after I had it for 4 months it went out and then every time I asked about it they said they'll have somebody come look at it never once did I get one phone call or ever had somebody come to my house to look at it on top of this they tried to tell me that I didn't sign for my washer and dryer which I know I signed for it I feel like they are trying to make my washer and dryer payments restart and scam people suggesting do not go to Rent-A-Center they lie the insurance doesn't cover anything I will not resign anything with them ~Brian

Great place. Best repair rates that I have found, as well as great parts prices. I now bring all my cars, as well as my family cars, for most all of my service as well as my mods. It is a small shop so stop in and make an appointment for service. Had a great experience when getting my focused lowered Jesus gave me options and pros and cons for each. Was very happy when it was all said and done. I will be back when its time to take my new car in the other direction ... up! ~Paul

I've stopped in here a couple of times, but came last night because of an ad I saw online for a live band. The female vocalist was incredible. She covered The Weeknd and the whole bar was singing along. Good atmosphere, young, friendly crowd. Smoking is still allowed inside. The bartender Elise was amazing. Best lemondrops I've ever had. ~Christian
