I went to this store at 7:50 pm. I was on the phone with ATT adding a line to my account. I NEEDED a SIM for tomorrow. The door was locked. I knocked until Doc came to the front and unlocked the door. He informed me that he would not help me, because he had already turned off all of the computers. So how often does Doc do this? How many hours has he been paid for while hiding in the back of the store with the front door locked? Why was his face red, and why did he seem out of breath?

Called three times and three times a guy named Archy? answered and three times archy transfered me to customer service line instead of helping figure out the issue. Great customer service. 🙄

I had such a wonderful experience because of the agent that took care of me at the store she made sure that everything I was looking for was handled and she made sure I got a great phone at a great price so thank you very much have a nice day Alicia

I bought two iPhones from Dylan M, who stated he was the store manager at AT&T Store Melbourne Square and now he is at Cocoa Store. When making the sale, he told me that he would waive activation fee. Later switched it on me and said that he would pass it by his boss and get back to me. Never heard back from him. Fast forward, now I have billing issues from the changes he made to my account. I called him to ask him to go over my account to see if he can help me. He responded that he would call me back "if he gets time". I told him that I needed a phone call the same day. Never heard back from him. I called again today and Alexis answered the phone. I asked her for Dylan's boss, she said that she couldn't release that information. This is crazy! He and others at the Store are quick to sell you a phone but no good on getting help thereafter. Worst experience ever. I would never buy another phone from AT&T. Will let others know my bad experience.

I have dealt with AT&T stores for many years, and this store is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Dylan, the manager, was condescending, defensive, and yelling at me for no reason. His poor customer service was so appalling that I said very calmly that it is behavior like his that makes me want to switch providers to another company like Verizon. He then became even more livid accusing me of threatening his job. It took 3 returned trips and false promises, and absolutely NOTHING was accomplished on any of the visits. The intent was to actually buy 2 more phones, but he did not seem to want the business. Other employees in the store on prior visits were much more customer-focused and kind. Interestingly, I called back on a recorded line, and Dillan acted professional and helpful. If he could have that kind of attitude in person, this could be a good store.

Great experience. Byron helped me get service as well as providing great information about the promotions and offers. My first time going into an AT&T I will definitely be back. The Clearlake store is awesome

Byron was knowledgeable and presented the information in a clear, easily understood manner. He was able to guide me with spot on pricing and spec details. The other tech, Kain, actually did the the phone swap over and was on point. If you have any AT&T phone problems, they are the ones to see.

I bought a new phone on 9/12/20, I had trouble with my phone and it needed a charge, the port was broke. I was afraid that getting a new phone without my information on old phone was not good. I tried different stores and didn't get my Answer so I went to the Coco store and was waited on by Angel Perez. Very nice young man he put my phone on a wireless charger got all my information a d help me through my new phone and downloading all my information. Very tentative and helpful. I ended up with more data and same price, put me on the 55 plan, great store great Salesperson.

- I would just like to thank all of the staff here at this store for always going above and beyond! I have had nothing but unpleasant experiences at local stores, until I stumbled across the cocoa location. I always feel so welcome, and never pressured when coming to this store!!!! They are always happy to help me & made purchasing my phone SUCH a great experience. They even gave me a free case!!! I couldn’t be anymore happy walking out of the store the other day. If you are looking for REAL people to give you REAL service, then come here! Drew and Samantha are wonderful people, they worked together to set up my phone and made sure to answer every question I possibly had. I absolutely love my new phone and was even happier walking out. If you are looking for THE store, GO TO THE COCOA STORE! THEY ARE THE BEST AT WHAT THEY DO!!!

Samantha was the best sales rep I've ever had! She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and answered ALL of my questions, which were a lot of questions! The store manager Sage was also extremely helpful as well! They both deserve a raise! I would recommend this store to everyone!
