I had an issue with my Lenovo laptop that turned it into a brick. I had paid a lot of money for this machine and thus didn't want to buy a new one. I took it to Computer Repair Zone and Sean was very knowledgeable and helped me not only know what was needed to fix it but why the problem happened. He also informed me of ways to make sure that this didn't happen again. I ended up needing a new hard drive and battery. He sent me a list of possible hard drives and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision. Then he ordered them and let me know when I could come pick up my laptop. Now I am writing this review on my rejuvenated laptop. I will only work with Computer Repair Zone for all future computer/technology needs. I can't recommend him enough. The service was fast, informed, and best of all, very affordable. He saved me a lot of time, money, and heartache. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I didn't actually go to this physical location but spoke to the owner in the phone. He was very considerate and kind, saved me lots of time and money by walking me through a simple fix and offering to do it for me. He explained the different options I'd have, etc. I'd highly recommend computer repair zone for your computer needs! 👍🤙

I popped in with a broken external hard drive that had 15 years-worth of photos on it - I didn't care about the hard-drive working so much as getting the documents off it and onto my laptop. It took Sean a minute or two to troubleshoot what was wrong with the hard drive and then he was able show me what I needed to do to retrieve the documents myself. I've since done that and I can't say enough how grateful I am for his expertise and help. Thank's Sean! I'll not hesitate to come back with any computer repair!

Sean is a very nice gentleman. I brought a damaged hard drive for him to look at expecting to have to come back and he took a look at it and got me a replacement right then and there. I will be coming back to him for future work for my company.

Brought in my PC because of SSD issues. Had worked on it myself and assumed it was dead. I was greeted very kindly. The owner, Sean I believe, was very knowledgeable and asked precise questions in a friendly manner. He looked over my PC and tested my SSD to confirm what he expected was a dead unit. He was great to talk to and went above and beyond to offer recommendations, brands and ideas for future expansion. Will definitely be coming back for all tech work in the future.
