The staff at Gettel was more than excellent. I was reeling from Hurricane Ian and needed a truck. They treated me like the only customer in the dealership and it was packed. The sales people explained all the features, financing and discounts that come along with buying a new vehicle. NO PRESSURE was involved in this sale and I do not have buyers remorse. I am happy to have found a dealership that operates this way. As soon as I can muster the energy I am going back to Gettel Chevrolet Buick GMC and get a second car. Keith (salesperson) was very personable and direct in dealing with. I didn’t feel as though I was getting the run a round. I appreciate honest and direct responses when dealing with people and he was definitely that. Management worked very diligently with me in putting a deal together and made things happen. When I arrived at finance the process was smooth and operated efficiently. It was the quickest in and out of financing I’ve experienced. This is my second purchase from Gettel in three years. Both times it has been a very satisfying process and I will be a return customer once again.

We went in looking at a specific vehicle that we ended up not liking. During the test drive of that vehicle our amazing salesman Justin kept listening to what I wanted and needed in a new car. I didn't need a new car, but if I found the right one I would get it. When we returned the dealership he took me to a car I NEVER considered. I ended up loving it and thanks to Justin listening, it checked ALL the boxes. I was super impressed to say the least. However, my wonderful experience didn't stop there. Our finance guy Mitchell was super personable, he even positioned the documents to accommodate the odd way I sign (after a few jokes of course).Mitchell made the dreaded finance part, easy. The experience from start to finish was the best I have experienced. My GMC Acadia Denali is the best and I am so happy with my purchase.

Great service by both the service advisor and the mechanic. The Service Advisor, Drew was polite and courteous to me. He explained everything in detail and did not make me feel rushed while we were discussing my vehicle. The mechanic, Marc Ianvcci was helpful and kind enough to come out and explain some additional items to me. I am extremely happy with how I was treated as a customer.

I experienced the service department first repairing my Denali and service over a years time and had a great experience.. So when it came time to upgrade i tried Gettel first..Justin and team were very easy to work with.. attentive, understanding of my needs and we found a vehicle that fit the bill at the price i wanted to pay and i drove off the lot with it within a few hours, i did my research pricingwas better than average.. can't beat that!
