We started going to Horners on our friend’s recommendation. It’s a nice change from the “big dealers”. No long waits for service, we have been able to get in within a couple days to a week depending on service. No beating around the bush with service or pricing. I stopped in to see if they would remove a fifth wheel hitch for a fee. Instead of a fee, he showed me how to do it myself for free! Very professional and they have secured my future business.

Called to get details on their uhaul services and they told me I had to call the 800 number and when I tried asking for the number they just hung up on me. I needed to know if a specific trailer was available at this location, so not only was he not helpful but extremely rude customer service.

They close at 4:00 and I arrived about 3:45. They let me stand there for 15 minutes until 4:00 rolls around only to tell me they're closed. All I needed was a tire changed and wouldn't have taken very long. I'm not from this area and will probably never have the opportunity to use them anyway

Let me start with a question for you RVers, how times have you actually paid the exact amount on the quote for work with the word diagnostic on the quote, let me answer that, NEVER. The front desk was very responsive to their customers and the mechanics, were outstanding (Kenny gets 6 stars), he kept working on the Genset problem until he actually found the loose wire causing the Genset to short and turn off, installed a fuel cutoff value and all within the time allotted time to just diagnose the issue. BTW I am no newbie to RVing, this is our 4th RV and have been to repair shops and god forbid, dealerships all across the country and Horner's is right a the top for honest service, of course I will be back!

Had my RV for 21 days and never finished the job. Fridge didn't work. Turned in 8/3/22 picked up 8/18/22 said all was fixed. Went home with RV pluged in an the fridge didn't work/ called but was after 4 an they were closed. Returned RV an said fridge didn't work. They said would check. Picked up again on the 21th.Called another repair place they checked on a Friday and had fridge working an i picked the RV up on Tuesday. New owner an things have changed. Have been coming here since 2006. that has now ended/ Services: Tires, Auto A/C recharge, Electrical repair

My wife and I recently took a motor home trip to visit a friend in St James City from my home in Pawleys Island, SC. During the trip we experienced a serious propane leak and immediately turned off the system until we got to our destinations. Upon arrival I made a minimum of 10 calls to all major RV Centers and no one was willing to help me until August.. The problem is that I was only in town for a couple of days. Net/net, I was given Horner's RV number in PUNTA GORDA and drove to their site hoping to get someone to pressure test my propane system and fix the problem... When I walked In I met a smiling Tracy and I could tell she was slammed with work, under staffed and backed up with 3 customers... She was very polite and patient and when she got to me she understood my situation and was able to arrange for a system pressure test in less than an hour.. After that she told me I needed a regulator and advised me on where I could get it... That's progress. The next day I found a very hard to find regulator and went back to Horner's and Tracy was able to arrange to get it installed in less than an hour for a very reasonable rate... Net/net, you can't beat this service in today's day and age and I would strongly recommend Horner's for your RV work... They were GREAT ! Thanks Tracy ! Service: General repairs & maintenance

Anyone who owns an RV knows how slow and pathetically incompetent dealers are. After looking at Google reviews I decided it was time to ditch the dealer. Do not let their laid back attitude fool you into thinking they are incompetent. They were responsive, reasonable, and professional. They missed something (I had a laundry list) and immediately owned up to it and handled it. I also used them recently for consignment. Jimmy was upfront, honest and backed up his numbers with competing dealers. Again, don't let the laid back attitude fool you. Market for RVs is starting to tank and I was not sure it was going to sell. 2 weeks later, sold at the number we were expecting. Wonderful folks. Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

Clown show. Keystone Kops have nothing on these guys. Took rv in for oil change, ac service and broken horn. They call me and are running behind and say be there towards closing. Show up 445, no paperwork so I can’t pick it up. They have no idea if all the work’s been completed. Come back tomorrow. Cool. Thanks for wasting my gas and time. They did order the part for the horn, it will be here tues. pu rv on sat, no apology. Scheduled horn replacement the following friday. Show up friday, no horn available, no apology. Not a complete waste of time because my oil was leaking from their oil change. They didn’t tighten the drain plug and had to redo the oil change. Front desk girl hates her job and let’s everyone know it. Has the enthusiasm of chipping paint. Front desk guy just grumbles about everyone else. I used to love this place… don’t waste your time.
