They sell garbage. Not sure when they started selling garbage, but it's garbage. Women's clothes are all cheaply made and terrible, polyester, rayon, spandex... Even the scrubs! Walk over to the men's department, mostly cotton, decent materials... The place feels utterly depressing, the poor employees seem dejected and the entire place had given up on maintaining any order. Feels like Ross now, only worse

Always something to look at, good variety and prices are do-able. I did like the look of it much better when it was divided into sections more like a department Store, now it's more industrial looking with a cold feeling.

The ENTIRE time I was checking out, the cashier next to me was making fun of countless customers she had dealt with that morning and kept repeating "there are SE people who just shouldn't be parents" over and over again. I could only imagine how the mom felt behind me as she attempted to keep her toddler calm during her shopping trip. If you work at a store, you should not make fun of customers (whether or not they are still around) on your shifts in front of other customers. Hard to imagine returning here when now I will feel more than self conscious if I dare bring my own children next time. I found what I needed no problem, but the staff at this store were clearly just getting through their shift with no regard towards how well they organized items or treated customers.

Never going back to Ross again. This store has excellent pricing for example, this purse, leather, 24.99. 99.00 at Kohls.

This store has many selections. Their price is fair and affordable. Their customers are from every walks of life. If you like to see different faces or great diversity you will see at Burlington store. I suggest everyone to shop from there.

They have a nice selection when they have merchandise out. BUT when you have a giant line forming and only one cashier what are you doing? A couple walked out with merchandise because the guy went around putting stuff into a cart than tried returning it than left with it. Waited in line for 30 minutes just to leave because there was about 20 people ahead of me and my wife and a bunch more behind us

Disaster. I’m standing in line watching such poorly trained checkers. Also, there are 10 check stands and 2-3 of them have been functioning while I’ve stood for 30 minutes in this line. Ridiculous. This is such a disrespectful way to treat customers. Don’t wonder why people are buying everything on line. Not worth this nightMare wait. You’re losing customers. Aka $$$. Never coming here again. Hello Amazon.

I have been to other Burlington store and I didn’t expect this one has very few items in it. There’s a section in the store that’s empty and they have few selections of clothing. I’ve only seen few employees working. Not very crowded though so it’s a plus if you want peace and quiet in the store. They didn’t have what I’m looking for so it was a quick visit.

It’s a decent place, good prices and lots of choices. But!!! Their security is horrible and don’t care :( people walk out with handfuls of stolen clothing security won’t even walk to try to intimidate them because I’m sure they can’t touch them but they don’t do anything they just stand on the side and let them walk out the door with so much product it’s just sad. We are standing in this long line while these criminals just walk!! 🙄 don’t get it
