Went into this branch this morning to make a deposit to my IRA account. Waited in line at least 20 minutes for the next teller. Upon getting to a teller to see about talking to someone about making an IRA deposit, I'm told "you need an appointment" Is 9:30 in the morning and not terribly busy. I'm told by the teller that the next appointment will be available in an hour. It shouldn't be that long a wait when the place is not that busy and people available to do a simple transaction. I will take my business to another branch of US bank.

2 out of 3 tellers not wearing masks. The last one that was kept pulling her mask down to talk to me. Ladies be careful too!!! The male bankers kept staring at my chest. My partner overheard one banker tell another banker to lock the door so that they had no choice but to escort me to unlock the door. Felt VERY unsafe. The speed at which this guy followed me and cut my boyfriend off to unlock the door was very scary. Even with my boyfriend there it was a very alarming experience. Unfortunately it is the only bank open on weekends but I really don't like this place.

The quality of service has taken a steep dive with us bank lately. Used to bank at the 82nd dr location until they closed that location now this is my closet bank. Had an encounter with the manager that was not good and good luck getting in and out of this branch in less the 15 minutes. Seems like they can't figure out the simple services that I've always had good experiences with other branches.

Rude tellers, just stared at me as I walked up and didn't even say hello. wasted 10 minutes of my time to tell me they can't help me. I'll make sure to avoid this branch even if I'm in the area.

Taking 30 minutes to make a deposit in the drive through. Sitting at the shoot, hadn’t had interaction with anyone for 5 minutes. Worst bank.

This review is strictly about the management. They never schedule enough staff/tellers. It's 4pm on a Tuesday and 1 actual teller is working. One of the personal bankers is helping but he is slow. I don't see a manager anywhere. There are 11 people in line and the teller is having to run water to a meeting in the "Wealth Management" office. I've been coming here for 7 years. No wonder you can't keep employees.

This is my local USBank branch and I go a few times a month for various transactions. I have always been greeted and treated with friendliness, professionalism and courtesy. I LOVE banking here !!

Kudos to Adrianna. I do transactions here as soon as the bank opens in the morning. She starts my day in a very positive way. She's very pleasant, welcoming and genuinely upbeat whenever I'm assisted by her. Thank you.

Saturday afternoon, 1:30. Went to the drive through. Closed. Walked in to the line, woman named Jasmine B. Called me up, "how are you doing?" She asks. I respond, "quite upset that the drive through is closed". Her response, "Yeah, me too." .... really? Not an apology...or explanation... ouch.

Ryan Reeder is one of the inprofessional people I have ever spoken to. I feel as though US Bank has stolen my money, I was not given a direct answer, only "If's" and "could haves". I encourage anyone who banks with US Bank to cancel their accounts as I am doing so. Where they do not discriminate for age, race, or color.
