The store is messy with clothes on the floor. The escalator is broken (?) and there is no cashier open on the top floor. As for the sale rack, considering how many folks gained weight during COVID, it's hugely insensitive to have the tiny handful of larger clothes buried in with the racks and racks and racks of much smaller clothes. Such an embarrassing and degrading feeling we just left.

Stopped in to take advantage of BOGO clearance. End of the weekend and the store was pretty clean. The lady who rang up my purchase was obviously tired, but SO friendly and nice, regardless. I hope the employees here feel appreciated by their management!!

any time i come here i feel extremely uncomfortable. i'm a size 14, not that big, and you say you carry up to xl in your regular items but almost every rack only is stocked up to medium, and that's what i saw coming in right after opening, so there's no excuse. as for this location itself, i catch the manager here staring at me whenever i'm shoppin, he comes up to ask the same questions again and again. he even had the nerve to walk me and a friend out of the store once, after checking our bags, after my friend already bought stuff. i work in retail too, i'm not stupid. you think i'm stealing because you don't think i belong here. when my friend asked an associate if there were any bigger sizes of an item she liked, she looked us up and down and said to check online. we said i know i can do that but was just wondering if they had any in the back. she monotonously went "probably not" and continued to ignore us. this place is always trashed too. even in the early morning. and theres no way that i can find anywhere to send direct feedback to the store or company. just be honest and say you don't want fat girls shopping here.

Your manager Cheng is beyond the word rude.. she has the worst customer service, she treats her co workers with disrespect and she just seems so self centered.. maybe it’s time you decide to let her walk and have her find herself a new job to work at.. i seriously don’t think she’s fit to be a manager at your store or any other store.. thank you bye bye now!!

I shopped there not so long ago, and some employee had his/her eyes on me the entire time. Eager to help me out of the store. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I was not there to steal anything so what did I do? My entire experience with them was a nightmare!!! I will never go back.

I went here with my cousin the other day. We were looking through one of the clearance racks. It was a buy one get one free selection. She picked out two things. BOTH marked down and cheaper then the original price. So together these two items should’ve been $9. We go through the line to check out, and the employees said that those items weren’t actually bogo, so she ends up having to pay full price, even though they were in fact on the rack and had markdowns….? Then my cousin pays and gives the employee cash. The employee said she clicked the wrong button for the amount of cash given and she is just standing there laughing…like girl just do the math in your head. I swear she was awkwardly laughing for 15 seconds. It was extremely awkward and she was extremely slow at her job. All of them are. THEN she bags up the items, tossed it on the counter, and lazily placed her change back on the counter and full on walked away. There was no friendliness whatsoever. Not to mention, another shopper walked up to same lady that checked us out to ask about the dressing rooms, and the employee was short and rude to her. It was the most awkward, slow, complicated experience i’ve ever had there. And I was just a bystander.

For being in an upscale mall, this place is an embarrassment! Floors were filthy and covered in clothing and broken hangers. Very disorganized and tacky. Goodwill keeps their floors cleaner than this store. Customers and employees alike just walked all over things like they weren't there. My sweetheart of a son who is 11 started trying to pick things up and fold them but I told him to put things down. I didn't want him getting sick from touching things that had been walked on by god only knows how many pairs of shoes. The dressing room smelt like dirty sweaty feet. The one and only cashier on the 2nd floor allowed a customer to put an item on the counter and then walk over and look at accessories for about 5 minutes. I had my teenage daughter with me. Both of my sons who were making it VERY known that they needed to use the restroom as well as my baby girl who was getting tired of the day. I asked the cashier if she could help my daughter check out while the other chick was still looking around and she said no. By that time I had 5 other people behind me in line. Finally got to check out and my daughter handed the cashier her money and the cashier literally took the change out of the register and threw it down on the counter. I was livid! And to make it all the better, my daughter is currently in a full arm cast on her dominant arm so it wasn't the easiest for her to get her money off the counter and into her wallet. I told the cashier she was rude and unprofessional and she just turned her nose up at me. My daughter and I spend a lot of money at this store but they have lost us for good. We will just end up taking our chances at Lloyd Center or order online from now on.

Standard old Forever 21, good size and selection including mens and kids. Loses stars for customer service and store cleanliness. I'm used to sifting through F21 stores' disorganization but nobody wants to be tripping over clothes in the floor. My sister left her phone in the fitting rooms and someone tucked it into a drawer up front but didn't tell anyone- we had to talk to three different people before someone knew where it went. Lost and Found is not a hard concept babes, the clear lack of communication and organization is not a good look. Update 5/27/19: seriously guys, you would think a store at an upscale shopping mall could afford enough employees to pick the clothes up off the floor. This is NOT a shopping experience that matches the rest of the mall.
