Went into this branch this morning to make a deposit to my IRA account. Waited in line at least 20 minutes for the next teller. Upon getting to a teller to see about talking to someone about making an IRA deposit, I'm told "you need an appointment" Is 9:30 in the morning and not terribly busy. I'm told by the teller that the next appointment will be available in an hour. It shouldn't be that long a wait when the place is not that busy and people available to do a simple transaction. I will take my business to another branch of US bank. ~John

Stopped in to take advantage of BOGO clearance. End of the weekend and the store was pretty clean. The lady who rang up my purchase was obviously tired, but SO friendly and nice, regardless. I hope the employees here feel appreciated by their management!! ~Sharlena

Bought a pair of shoes and ended up returning them a few days later. I asked the lady that was working if the money would be available after the return was finished. She said yes then I found out that till take up ta 7 business days to post! If I had known that I would have just taken the cash instead! Now I'm sitting here waiting for my money! I will probably NEVER shop there again.. I was lied to and everyone I've talked to just keeps giving me the run around! Not pleased at all!! ~Crystal

I have been to other Burlington store and I didn’t expect this one has very few items in it. There’s a section in the store that’s empty and they have few selections of clothing. I’ve only seen few employees working. Not very crowded though so it’s a plus if you want peace and quiet in the store. They didn’t have what I’m looking for so it was a quick visit. ~Food-travel

The floors near Ladies intimates were full of clothes on the floor. With a line from here to as far as the eye could see, the manager thought it was more important to move hangers and empty tills. Now, I get it, I worked in retail, and folks trash the place. But, if you are more worried as a manager to move hangers, than open up a register and help your team mates check shoppers out, then what good are you? Two registers open out of 10, with a line wrapped around the foyer / check out line ~Tiffany

Came in specifically to buy a new mountain bike. Spent over an hour looking at the bikes and not a single employee could be bothered to help me. There were more employees on the bottom floor than there were customers. But apparently personal conversations with other employees are more important than the customers coming in to spend a grand on a bike. Not a problem. There are plenty of local shops to give my money to. Honestly, that's what I should have done to begin with. ~Christopher

Very strict return policy. If you order online the return window starts on the day you ordered so if it takes 8 days to deliver something (like my order) then the return window is 22 days. 😬 I misread my order looking at the ship date and tried to return a dress a few days past the return policy. The women at the store were nice, but they could only refund me $14 on a dress I paid $60 for because the dress had gone on sale AFTER I bought it. I ended up calling the corporate customer service line and they made an exception for me to return the dress via UPS instead of through the store, which is nice, but I had driven all the way out to Clackamas just to do this return and now I have to go the library to print a shipping label and then go to UPS since they couldn't make the return in store. ~Kelsey

Was my first shopping experience at BoxLunch. We could buy everything for our grandkids! My wife and I loved the outfits and shirts. Very good selection and sizes to choose from. We have gifts ready for now (Easter) and future holidays and birthdays! ~Kelly

I seriously can't believe this pharmacy. I have been on hold for one hour trying to get through. They refuse to take my call. They answer it and then throw me back on hold without saying anything. I need my asthma medication and this is how they treat people. This is shocking. I've been using this pharmacy for 7 years and got my husband to move over here. Never again. We are going across the street to Rite Aid where they would appreciate the business. ~Jennifer
