I called ahead to make sure I could get Covid testing kits through the drive thru because I quite clearly have Covid but need a positive test. They said yes I can pick one up via drive thru. I arrive, driving sick and miserable, to discover that I in fact, can NOT get a kit through the windows as there is a big hand written sign saying they don't operate the window anymore due to staffing. Now I have to go in. In my sick state I forgot a mask. Oops. Again, I had no intention of going in. This location had no masks available inside. Now I'm wandering the store, sick and maskless. Five minutes in I crack and run up to the registers to ask where they are hiding the kits. They were stashed under the registers...how the hell would someone know that?!?! So they gave me false information, made me come in, couldn't provide a mask, AND HIDE their most important products.

Worst pharmacy I have ever visited. It took over three days to fill a prescription. When I went in to pick it up, I had to wait in a line (that never moved) for over 40 minutes. I finally just decided to leave and have my prescription sent over to a real pharmacy. Trying to cancel the order on the phone has taken over an hour while I sit on hold. They still haven't bothered to answer. I see now why there are so many bad reviews on Google. I'm never coming to this store for anything ever again. I don't know whether or not these pharmacies are franchises or not, but somebody in management is not paying attention to business.

I refilled prescription for my husband since Tuesday. In the telephone system said it will be ready the day after. I did not pick it up but went back on Friday (3 days later) to picked it up. The staff said it is still not ready so we decided to come back later other day. Today is Monday (6 days later) I’m here and it is still not ready. It take them almost a week to fill it. The staff told me to sit down and wait for 15 min so she can help other customers first. I was very disappointed. The staff who talked to me she did not even apologize to me. Just point the fingers to the seat and told me to sit down and wait.

What a horrible experience!!! No wonder the reviews are so awful. I came to Walgreens because my regular pharmacy was out of my prescription. Waited in line for 40 mins to drop off. Told me it would take about three hours. Never ended up notifying me. I checked back a few days later and they can’t find any trace of the prescription! I recommend running away from this place as fast as you can. Go across the street to Rite Aid - been going there for years and have never had an issue.

Well, I tried calling to check on a script. I was on hold for an hour being told by the system there was one person ahead of me. Found out later pharmacy was not manned because there was no pharmacist on duty. These clowns didn't have the professional standards to change their phone system message to reflect that. Perhaps they could get some training at a fast food joint in customer service where this type of issue doesn't seem to happen.

After being continuously on hold and I was suppose to be first on the call, no one answered. After a long while someone answered and her tone of voice right away was rude and seem like she hate the world. I asked her about my prescription that was transfer over, her answered was just no, nothing was send, no offering to help, after I explained her again she said to giver her the number to the pharmacy that the rx was originally from, she said it would take 3-4 days before I would hear anything back, I told her I need this medication as soon as possible, I might just contact the original pharmacy and make my drive there, she just said fine, than hung up. I know there’s shortage of staffs and everyone is over worked, but man, no need to like this, I will be changing my pharmacy elsewhere.

I seriously can't believe this pharmacy. I have been on hold for one hour trying to get through. They refuse to take my call. They answer it and then throw me back on hold without saying anything. I need my asthma medication and this is how they treat people. This is shocking. I've been using this pharmacy for 7 years and got my husband to move over here. Never again. We are going across the street to Rite Aid where they would appreciate the business.

While trying to get information about COVID testing (on the phone), the pharmacist refused to offer me any help (I was so sick and desperate for someone to help me), and then she hung up on me. I tried to explain that I wasn't able to get the info I needed on the website, which is why I was calling. She was frustrated, kept telling me to go on the website, very rude. Just hung up on me.

I've never seen a pharmacy with such terrible reviews before, but I learned the hard way today that I should have read the reviews first before having Zoomcare send a simple prescription here. Slow staff, terrible communication, and what looks like a distinct lack of training. I highly advise going to the Rite-Aid across the street.

I am pulling my prescriptions and going somewhere else. I call about my meds being refilled and they always have an excuse. Like today for example, they needed my doctor to call about directions for the new medication. She called at 3pm yesterday with those instructions. So I waited today to see if it was filled. I called and they said the doctor didn't contact them. I called my doctor. They said they called at 3 pm yesterday and the pharmacists didn't bother to fill it. The pharmacy also said I picked it up already or they sent it somewhere else. It's a new medication I couldn't have done that yet because you can't even fill it! Past experiences I have been left on hold trying to update my insurance and hearing them say customers are incompetent (while still on the phone) and don't know the insurance information/can't find it on the card. And the person who was nice enough to help me said I wasn't on hold and I was unexpectedly put on hold without a reason and I waited on hold for an hour when I hung up. I had the insurance information. I had all the numbers they needed. This place is a nightmare. Do better. I understand the world is short staffed and I'm not pushy. I am just asking questions about medication I need and when it can be expected even with delays.
