Went to Verizon located in Florham Park because it had good reviews and I did not have a good experience at a nearby Verizon the previous week. Wins was pleasant to work with and was thorough when evaluating my usage/plan. He went thru various options to find the best deal. He explained everything and he even stayed late to complete my transaction. I never felt pressured or rushed. Thank you Wins!

Worked with Wins for a few days. I would recommend him and this Verizon store to anybody around. He is patient , knowledgeable and looks at the customer's best interest. The man can also multi task Effortlessly when dealing with more than one client at a time. Not to mention that he has great music playing in the shop!

Verizon in-person customer has always been great, but Wins at the Florham Park store was super helpful. He had me completely set up on my new iPhone 12 Pro in less than 25 min and explained everything I needed to know about insurance, suggested the most durable phone case/screen protector and was just all around very professional. Will definitely be returning to this particular store because of Wins' customer service!

Wins O. should receive a raise! He is totally Manager material and should move up in the company. His professionalism, kindness and adept knowledge was unbeatable. He enhanced and transformed my entire Life by encouraging me to upgrade my old phone 7 plus, and even took the time to help explain how to carefully upload all my critical data, putting my mind to rest . From beginning to end, Wins demonstrated above average intelligence and utmost knowledge of the all the various phones. He listened carefully to me and determined the best fit for my needs. Better yet, I ended up getting the Black Friday sale and a new I phone 12, and trading in and getting money for my old phone. I even bought a second phone for a fraction of the costs Thank you Wins. The Verizon Wireless service that I've received for years has been exemplary. I attribute this to the knowledge, professionalism and charm of our Verizon Sales Associate Thomas Webb. It is no surprise that when we are ready to upgrade every few years Thomas is the first person we call. If I'm not mistaken Thomas has handled 4 new contracts over the past 12 years, to include a total of 16 cell phone purchases. He is always just a phone call away if we ever need assistance. I would like to thank Verizon for allowing Thomas to provide us with such great service and hope that they appreciate what an outstanding and dedicated employee he truly is.
