The man working was vary helpfully. He helped me find the right shoe sizes for all my kids. He also helped Decide on what type of shoes my kids should use.Whether it be the Velcro our laces. He did a good job of making sure he tended to everyone needs inside the store. He was quick and effective.

Walked in to get a birthday present. All I needed was to pick up a shoe in a size. There were 10 people waiting around for an employee to help get shoes from the back stock. I get places are busy but... There were three employees waiting at the register talking with no one in line to check out. After 5 minutes I asked one of them to help me. I Was told to wait for the stock runner. I get it that some jobs are not fun but standing around talking waiting for people to check out is not good customer service. Went to Zumiez upstairs and shoes in hand in 5 minutes. Would one star for customer service but love vans so two it is.

This store is amazing! The customer service is world class. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They know the footwear they sell very well. I also always seem to find what I want when I visit.

Jill was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! She set up my daughter and I with exactly the complete deck that we wanted, and assembled our boards promptly and with precise accuracy. Not to mention, very affordable. Thank you Jill!
