First time I tried a gluten-free crust. Yuck! To top it off, the crust was burnt!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed. I hate to waste food but I had to throw half the pizza away

Just ordered for my office, 10 pizzas, all different, and 3 desserts. 15 minutes after I hit complete, I got the notification it was ready and called to check because it seemed too quick. Nope, it was ready! And all the pizzas are correct and baked/made well! Very impressed, thanks so much!

We ordered pizza for dinner on Easter night. Our order was delivered super fast, it was hot and delicious, and our delivery driver was very friendly.

Really disappointed, ordered boneless wings. I got frozen packaged chicken nuggets, not freshly cut and made at store. Was charged $10 something dollars for 10 piece's. Big ripp off in my opinion !

Tried the new cheesy marinara dip, and it was AMAZING! Everything was delicious, but that dip is my new favorite. Our driver was also great. Super friendly and super fast! 10/10

They are very fast and efficient. The pizza was ready in fifteen minutes after waiting over 45 minutes at another location nearby. The staff was also nice.

I never get my order. I love this Dominos, but something has to change. The first time I waited an hour and a half for my order I chalked it up to COVID and the inability to staff for delivery. After time and time of not receiving my order or my order being “on review” on the app more than hour passed delivery, I think the establishment should reconsider the amount of orders taken in and their ability to fulfill the orders timely. Tonight I called twice, once told it was out for delivery and the second that my order was waiting to be delivered. Both times I talked to two separate people answering phones and then the manager. Why not use those staff members to deliver and/or shut down the ordering until the available drivers are able to catch up? Something has to give if they want continued support.

Our local domino's has been super busy lately, but they do such a good job! Everything is orderly and perfect. They do apologize for the wait when they deliver. I used to work in food service. I totally understand! You're doing great!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I ordered 2 pizzas at 6:45 on a Thursday night it says it’ll take about an hour which is fine. 7:45 comes around and it still says they are prepping my order. I try calling multiple times and there phone is off the hook. They finally call me and tell me it’s going to be another 2 hours until I get my food. So a 3 hour wait on a Thursday night for 2 pizzas...ridiculous. If I would’ve known it was 3 hours instead of the 1 hour quote time they gave me I would’ve never even ordered it. then they were snotty whenever I said I just wanted a refund and told me I’d have to wait another 24-48 hours for that. I have never had such a bad experience at dominos before but I will not be giving them anymore of my business.
