In an age of understaffed restaurants, this store has never missed a beat. Excellent food, fast! Kudos to all who have to work harder to provide fast delicious food!

All four pizza were very good. They got hit with several orders and it cased our order to run late. Had to wait another 20 minutes after driving 20 minutes to get there. All of the staff was working hard to get it done. We ordered online, just not sure how all of that works. Hopefully the staff knows why and they could correct the problem before we order again.

It has been an hour exactly since I placed my order and my pizza is still not here. Dominos needs to start making the drivers take photos of the delivered pizza so they are unable to mark the order as complete and then never deliver it.

Delicious and well-made. Just order the pizza hand-tossed. The cheesy bread is awesome too. Good service.

I understand that you guys are ready to go home and your tired but if you dont like your job just quit it. Because at this point what is the purpose of even being there. I ordered a pizza for my little sister and it was very cold and they poured some type of sauce on the pizza that i didn't even ask for these last few times i ordered from here has been trash!!!!

Pizza hut had me sitting an hour for nothing after working a 12 hour shift and as a chef owner getting in to dominos atleast they called to let me know I would have to pick up versus getting nothing or a heads up. I just moved to town and 2nd experience is great. 1st time when we moved in they where here lightning quick. I can't stand reviews but when it's deserved it's deserved.

Will not be ordering from here again. I’ve had several issues with orders being wrong, arriving very late etc so I stopped ordering for a bit. Tried again tonight and after almost 2 hours I was given differing times and hung up on. I called after my order still said “kassie was prepping it” for almost an hour. They said it was in the oven almost done and would be to me in 20 min. I said ok but was annoyed. Another 40 min goes by says my pizza was delivered so I called again. The person I spoke to talked over me and was rude. He said the driver would be leaving in 10 min and then it would be another 20 min for delivery. I questioned another 30 min? He said yes but I opted to cancel and asked for a refund and he hung up on me. I had to call back speak to a manager who was nicer but seemed annoyed. Still apologetic told me I would get a refund and offered and credit. I refused the credit because it’s consistent issues. Well two hours later the driver delivers the food and its not my even my order.

Awful experience ordering on New Years Eve. Having worked in the service industry I can appreciate its a crazy/busy night. After telling me it’s about an hour and a half to pick up my order, I reply that’s fine which than they proceed to hang up on me. I call back and again say that the 1hr and a half wait is fine he responds “Of course it is” I proceed to ask why everyone has such an attitude there today he goes on some long incoherent rant about them having a million orders and how their customers don’t care. I’m sure they are struggling for employees so will hire pretty much anyone so I won’t hold this against the owner but your employees need to be trained on customer service.

They’re not running a business, they’re running a circus. They claimed to deliver my order online but when I step outside nothing is there. The manager talked over me when I called to report the incident and refused to listen anything I had to say Cortez should not be a manager. This location needs to go out of business. I have never been so disrespected in my life. The quality of food sucks as expected by this point.
