Well it use to be a great place to go. Went several days to try to get some papers notarized. Having a snotty attitude with a customer who simply asked to get some papers notarized is ridiculous. Apparently your told to come back after hours when they are clearly closed to get it done. Will no longer do any business there. Go to the ups store. Great customer service and friendly. ~Diane

They’re not running a business, they’re running a circus. They claimed to deliver my order online but when I step outside nothing is there. The manager talked over me when I called to report the incident and refused to listen anything I had to say Cortez should not be a manager. This location needs to go out of business. I have never been so disrespected in my life. The quality of food sucks as expected by this point. ~plain

Can't be bothered to be sure delivery drivers have the entire order. 0 accountability for letting a delivery driver leave off an entire large pizza. Then we're told to contact door dash and that they can't be expected to give the pizza the delivery person. Don't waste your money on the app getting delivery. The employee was unapologetic and unhelpful. ~Nathan

You better get in and get out fast. Plenty of shady characters from across the river hanging out checking out the customers. Decent price on fuel but they might want to consider private security or befriend the local PD to have a better feeling of safety on the premises. ~Jim

We just switched our phones and internet service to T-Mobile. Everyone at this store was very knowledgeable and friendly in setting up our phones and answering our many questions regarding our new phones and services. Kudos to the team! ~Judy

I absolutely love the Italian sub sandwiches that they make as well as the wide variety of spices and oils available. There are wonderful desserts and snacks. This little place offers a lot of great items! Whether you are looking for Italian seasonings or fresh food to take home, they have a little bit of everything for everyone. ~Ashley
