The worst bank around. My Accounts were shut down with no warning & no reason why. Checks were mailed to my house a week later. I found out when i tried to use my debit card and it was declined. I call the bank and they said they have no idea why, the system doesn't tell them. I banked here 6 years. I had had several other issues in the past, however they were sorted out. It was not enough to change banks. I was wrong. I guess they have too many customers.

I was in a ruah to make it back to the tow yard an the nice lady that helped me get money out rushed right along to hurry an get me out of there thanks to her i made it back in just enough time to get my car out

Why are there no local phone numbers to each branch when I look it up on the Google maps search? All they provide is one auto main phone number for all their locations. I called that number to inquire on opening a new account and I am on hold for a long long time. I decided to choose another bank.
