Terrible and rude service!! Received letter from T Mobile te 55+ offer for $27.50 a month with unlimited data, text and phone. Was told it was not true and should get the $70 a month plan for 2 lines - less tax??

My dad got a wifi box and the phones and when we payed the bill and wifi was a scam. 😡 Didn't work for 2 months such a scam and they also forgot my sim on my phone

I came in yesterday to start my phone services with Tmobile. I was nervous and anxious. I walked in and was warmly, greeted by a man named Marq. He was absolutely amazing!!! He made me laugh so hard. He helped me pick out a new apple watch! Helped my boyfriend with his watch and all his accessories as well. 100/10 loved Marq! He made my whole week by just being patient and attentive to want I wanted and needed. Very impressed by the customer service I received yesterday!!! If anyone goes in please see him!! Never has better customer service, especially at a phone store!

I had a great experience. Mark was very helpful. I had a cracked screen on My phone and it was not functioning properly. I knew it was time for a new phone. He let me know that i was eligible for an upgrade. He showed me my options. Went over the pros and cons. He walked me through how to transfer every thing on my own, because I was going out of town and could not stay. He did an awesome job.

Trista M was the best worker! After having spent hours on the phone with 4 different people. I showed up at 5:00 with 4 phones to be set up. I didn't have an appointment but that didn't stop her from helping us. She was very professional and knowledgeable. We were in and out in 2 hours and she had adjusted my bill and set up 4 phones. Amazing employee. Ask for Trista if you go in.

I came to the Collinsville t-mobile store after standing in the Glen carbon store for probably 10 minutes without anyone saying a word to me. I got into the store at Collinsville Trista right away said hello and asked how I can help I told her that I was looking into getting and upgrade she helped me with all the questions I had and helped me get my new phone set up and everything transfered right she was even staying later to help me instead of handing me off to another employee so she could leave. It was the best phone store experience I had. They were all very nice and welcoming and helped with everything I needed she even put my new case and screen protector on my new phone for me. It was amazing thank you so very much for all your help Trista!

Today Kayla at the Collinsville T Mobile store helped me transfer my phone service to my new T Mobile account. She actually provided beyond 5 star service! She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and had such a cooperative and positive outlook. It was the first time I had met her. I can truthfully say you will not find a more capable, personable customer service employee anywhere!! She was great.
