We NEVER receive sauce. No matter how we ask for it. There is always an item or two missing from our order (drive thru). Family just finish dinner and all said how sad and downhill taco bell has gone. At least with this location. Time to find a new location or move on from this chain.

Worst Tacobell on record, we will never go again. Hair in our food not just one item 3 different wrapped items with black hair. I'm calling the health and food department tomorrow morning. Absolutely disgusting

Absolute trash location, they literally have children running the place and listening to horrid rap music. I walked in to the lobby and was ignored for about ten minutes before someone finally came up and told me the lobby was closed.

Something is wrong every time I go. They have to go fast to compete with other stores that’s why your food is wrong. Old lettuce and tomatoes. The beef tastes like cleaning products. I’m not mad just disappointed.

won't go back. Had to explain my order 3 times and when I got home it was still wrong. Ordered Taco supreme, got regular tacos with barely any meat, lettuce and cheese. I could literally break the top half of the taco off and it was still barely a taco. No receipt, Burrito Supreme was lacking as well. MEH.

The staff was very kind and were quickly helpful when one of our items was incorrect. The problem is the management choice to have an employee taking orders with an ipad in the heat. There’s a statewide heatwave and it also doesn’t seem to be an efficient way for staff to communicate. We asked if this was because the speaker didn’t work and they said no that it was a management decision for better efficiency. If that had been true we wouldn’t have had an incorrect order and have to wait for a second employee to walk all the way outside to help the one taking orders to deliver a battery for the iPad. Just chaotic, customers are used to drive thru being simple and it’s strange to come to this location honestly.

HORRIBLE experience at this Taco Bell! I went today, 7/9/22 at 2:45 pm. Went through the drive thru. When I paid for my food I asked the guy at the window if there was hot sauce in the bag and he said "you didn't ask for hot sauce" in a very rude manner. He even asked me when I ordered my food if I wanted hot sauce and I said yes! I couldn't believe how rude he was and the complete lack of customer service. That was just the beginning. I ordered cinnamon twists which were disgusting and totally stale! So stale you couldn't even bite into it! I also ordered chips and cheese. There were literally only 4 chips in the bag AND there was a long black HAIR in the bag of chips!! So gross! So I didn't get to eat the cinnamon twists or the chips! I will NEVER go back to this nasty Taco Bell ever again! Stay away!

The workers are great but corporate is now charging 1.70 for a burrito that used to cost 1 dollar and the burrito is half the size it used to be. They are literally scamming us. I for one am no longer a taco bell consumer.

Good window customer service but food could use better cooks. Hate when they don't spread out the sauces. I don't want a bucket full of sour cream in one bite. Don't even think it was fully cooked either.
