Get more people and pay them well. It was one guy by himself when I went there with my brothers. Our food was great but nobody should have to singlehandedly work the register and make the food on a friday night.

If you work as a Door Dasher or Uber Eats driver, avoid this 5 Guys. Avoid all 5 guys if you can. They wait until you arrive to begin cooking the order. The hot food and grease from the fries destroys the paper bag and looks terrible upon delivery. This particular 5 Guys will actually make a milkshake while the fries are cooking. So you’re also delivering a melted shake. Avoid if you’re a gig worker.

The burgers are very pricey for what you get. The Patty is mushy combined with mushy ingredients equals a mushy burger. Fills your tummy but I wouldn't go out of my way for a burger here. Nothing special to warrant a premium price.

I had an amazing dinner with my son .We were planning hod 40th Birthday?! Can't believe I look having a 40 year !! Lol The food was Top Notch friends!! As your official guide girl , I check out the business that you might be using and I give you the best places for you to try!! We have a brand new amazing Tanning Salon. "Newberg Tanning Salon" across from Walgreens, behind Ace Hardware. "Julie", the owner is an absolute treasure. She is one of those people who you feel as though you've Known her the minute you meet. I went to FIVE GUYS for lunch today. 6-16-22 The $9 Burgers, $5 Grill Cheese? I decided to order the Grilled Cheese thinking this must be an amazing Grill Cheese? It was served in a brown paper bag, it was smaller than my hand!!?? And I have small hands!! I do not recommend Five Guys due to the extremely expensive amazingly limited Menu! Simple menu, real FOOD. I love the stacks of potatoes in the dining area, storage for later use to make French fries(?), and the FREE roasted peanuts on offer to munch while your food is prepared. The fries🍟are carefully watched in the fryer by a human, not a timer, and are so yummy! Just like you'd make at home - without the nastiness of frying smell lingering in your house for a week...😏 This does,however, mean that the cooking is a (tiny) bit more more art than science, but that little bit of occasional non-uniformity makes these fries all the more like homemade. The portion sizes are GENEROUS. The burgers are yummy too! The best thing is the meat quality, and the assortment of condiments and customization is limited only by your imagination.🍔 The milkshakes. OH MY GOOOOODNESS. I would consume then every day, several probably, if they were zero-calorie. Sadly, that is the one thing that keeps them from being 100% perfect. 🤩 Customer service and cleanliness: Kudos to the management and crew for excellence in both! 🥇 I mostly buy fries and a milkshake as an afternoon snack, only occasionally having a full meal. Probably because I'm too full for a burger after that! 🤭

Super clean and friendly staff. Was greeted upon entering. Order taken and within 10 minutes food was ready. I'm a big fan of In and Out but I have to say 5 guys is becoming my go to. I like the ability to add what I want and the variety of topping makes it a great burger. My only complain is the bun need to be better to stay together through out the meal.

Really good food. The shakes are a must have, and the fries are awesome. The only downside is the prices are crazy! And they are raising the prices even more because of minimum wage raise. It's good for a once and a while milkshake and burger
