Stopped by this location to renew my license plate. The kiosk was super simple to use and I would have been in and out within a few minutes if I hadn't done some regular grocery shopping also.

I've been shopping there for a few years, I like it very much, From the management too the employees they are there to help you with all your needs,not too mention the customer's themselves they for the most part always asking if they can help me with anything. (Publix were shopping is a pleasure).Would recommend this Publix for you too shop first for all the sales.Like sirloin steak cut the best on sale this week 5.99lb.

It is very hit or miss on the people in the deli. Usually, no issue. But every so often, they have a terrible crew working back there.

I have always liked this Publix but had a not great experience. First off the manager standing near the front door smoking a cigarette with another employee. I only purchased one item and was going to use the self check but saw the express was empty. As soon as I approached the cashier without saying a word she started spraying the belt. I patiently waiting and she did not acknowledge me. Then another customer had gone back in the store to pick up additional item and without me being made aware of stepped in front of me because the cashier I guess was waiting for him. There was zero communication/apology. Nothingi. It was not very professional and disappointing

Very good. Clean, checkout moves and quickly always shopping carts and ones that works but the prices are outrageous. If it weren’t for this I would shop here more. The deli however is a nightmare. The lines are always down the isle practically and not deli staff and RUDE. When one gave me a dirty look cause I told her I was hearing impaired and if she could speak up please she gave me attitude and I’m not blind I’m hard of hearing so I can see your attitude so yeah I will never go to here deli department again. The only time I come here anyway is for sales now cause if it’s not on sale or buy one get one or buy two get one then it’s expensive. I wish they would stop there prices a little cause this store is great other then deli of course. Customer service is helpful and manager was nice and not ignorant like the deli staff.

This review is specifically for the bakery. I frequent this Publix often mostly for lunch or to pick things up on my way home from work , I've used the deli many many times and while the employees in the deli aren't the most friendly or have much sense of urgency I've learned to order online wait and extra 10/15 min than the actual pick up time and still wait a few more mins for my sandwich , from my experience the deli is always like this in any Publix I've gone to and being that I do like Publix and the Publix brand I make it a point to choose Publix over other companies. I'm also one of the first to convert people from some of the discount stores such as Aldis , Trader Joes and Walmart because tho Publix is more expensive they make up for it with the buy one get one sales and a great Publix brand product. Today 10/21/2017 I was in to pick up a strawberry cheesecake my grandmother requested. I buy from this bakery often but usually just grab something already made and go about my shopping. I got to the bakery today and noticed they only had plain cheesecake okay I'll just request some strawberries be added since Publix is so good at pleasing the customer ( most of the time anyway ) I grab the cheesecake and stand infornt of the bakery counter where they have the cashier/computer holding the cheesecake while 4 employees argued about a special cake order they are trying to prepare but don't have any fish or sea creatures to put on the cake they are supposed to be making. So I say "excuse me " and a lady turned and looked at me so I ask Is it possible to have strawberries added to this cheesecake ? Oh I don't think we can do that , hold on. She asked another lady if we can add strawberries to the cake. Without hesitation she replied NO ! we don't do that ! Shocked and kinda thrown off I ask can you put some strawberries in a container, I'll pay for them. NO ! We don't do that either ! YOu have to buy them frozen !! I said I need a strawberry cheesecake for a birthday celebration very soon. Well I can't add anything to that I have to make a new one. So I asked how long will that take 15 MINS ! Okay great I'll take one and be back in 15 MINS. I shopped had to pass the bakery and noticed there were now 2 strawberry cheesecakes waiting in the cold case. I walked over to pick one and both cheesecakes were the ugliest strawberry cheesecakes I'd ever seen , All's I could do was look at them and laugh out loud at how poorly made they were. I took my ugly strawberry cheesecake and I went on my merry way.
