Sierra is hands down the worst bank manager I've ever dealt with. Her behavior was beyond rude, it was unethical. With no notification, she retroactively placed an arbitrary two week hold on a check that had already cleared because, "I don't typically deposit personal checks". She inferred it was my fault for depositing a personal check, which is absolutely ridiculous, the check is from a major bank, it certainly won't take more than a day or two to clear. Sierra seemed amused by my frustration, and was completely uninterested in assisting me in finding a solution. Absolutely abhorrent customer service bordering on theft! Additionally, Google how they treated their good samaritan teller last Christmas, then find somewhere else to do your banking.

Just moved to Oregon from California. This is the worst bank I’ve ever been to in regards to customer care and service. Went in to open a checking account. After giving money, they open a savings account. Their “system” doesn’t let them reverse the process. So I would need to come back in 3 days to get $25. It’s a very minimal amount but very petty customer service. Also, what kind of bank doesn’t take cash deposits to open a new account for a new customer? Disappointed and unsatisfied.

After decades of having my credit union check cashed so l could make a cash deposit, the present manager refused and insisted l must deposit the check. She was otherwise obnoxious as well. I was obnoxious in turn. Such fun. I think her name is Karen Karen. The staff has also changed and are just ok. I've changed branches. However the card rate is too high.

This is the worst bank and customer service experience I’ve ever had to deal with. Don’t expect the employees here to correct the mistakes they make with your account in a timely manner. Don’t expect any transparency when they lose your money and don’t expect them to keep you updated with the issue as you try to get it fixed. Don’t expect them to refund you the full amount either despite repeatedly contacting them and driving 40+ minutes out of your way twice to get the issue straightened out. Don’t expect an apology for their ineptitude and all of the time and gas you’ve wasted pressuring them to fix their error. I don’t know if the tellers are just that inexperienced or truly don’t care but it’s indicative of how this bank is run - carelessly.

I dont care for banks much, but the people here have been great to work with over the years, I have a small business and almost every friday have a big handful of checks for them. Great happy smiling faces.
