5 Best fast food restaurant in Portland, Oregon (OR) 2024

Hey, it's McDonald's! But there's more to this one. It is open 24 hours, and the location not far off I-5 is great. Not bad as far as parking, but on a Saturday when my little grandson was having his first birthday there, the parking lot did seem a little full. Regardless, the place is kept clean, the service and food are exactly what you want and expect in a McDonald's, and the staff is very kind and welcoming. We found this to be true even while holding a birthday party here, where we simply took over a sizable section of the restaurant merely by the presence of so many people. I've been to this location a few times in the past, and I have no doubt that I will be back again. ~Jim

This was my first visit to Burgerville. That was also in Terminal D, pdx airport after 8 pm. Me and my husband liked the burgers there. It was a value for money. We loved the “Fresh Strawberry Milkshake”. It was so creamy, thick and tasty made with ice cream and fresh strawberries. While returning from our trip, we again visited there just for this milkshake. ~Sourini

Stopped for a quick bite to eat, seems like the restaurant is closed to the public during Covid but the drive-through is opened. Pretty busy place but seemed to steadily move. The person taking my order and handing me my food was awesome. This person didn’t seem to give me a choice but to put a smile on. Their attitude was was not only super kind but also shared happiness and fun - WHAT A TALENT!!! Anyways, my order was accurate and good as well! ~Frank

I have been here five times in the past two months 1) first time was told that their systems were down and they were only taking cash 2) same experience the second time 3)successfully ordered food 4)told the system was down and they couldn't take cash or credit, only mobile orders, which was funny because I heard them tell the guy in front of me who was picking up orders that the system was not processing mobile orders 5) told they were closed because of staffing So in short, avoid this jack. I'm pretty sure the staff is just lazy and probably just hanging out while collecting their hourly, if I was the franchise owner I'd probably start conducting surprise visits. ~Robert

Have encountered a few snooty team members, they get pretty stingy about portions when making either burrito or bowl. Few of the team members have been polite and shown phenomenal diplomacy! We spending $12.60 dollars for a burrito, no reason to be greedy and show stingy mess when adding the meat. Highly recommend spending you’re money at Killer burger just down the street!
