Got our order ,as we were currently the only ones in line. However, our food was all cold / obviously had been sitting before serving for quite a bit. As we only live about 7 blocks away. I'd say ,It sure takes longer than that to get that old and cold. Thank you air fryer

Messy. Nearly inedible. First time I've ever been to one, as one of my pot-head friends recommended it. The food was somewhat tasteless, and I never knew a chicken sandwich could be a ball of mess. Their water was good, that is why I give 2 stars over 1.

Very friendly and helpful employees but overall a negative experience. Wet sticky floor, dirty tables, filthy windows & doors(glass). Out of napkins, drink lids and sourdough bread. Worst of all, the food was very disappointing.

Not gonna lie. 5 star customer service as far as people go. However for $25 I’m a little disappointed in the food quality.. my husbands burrito was a phattttttty! His burger was great. Now where my tacos come into play. My mini tacos were great. Warm, all ingredients! However my normal tacos were cold, and no it wasn’t from the sauce. The middle was straight cold. And no cheese, if you go to jack in the box for only the tacos you know the cheese is the cherry on top to ice cream. Speaking of cold things, milkshake machine was down. I played it off with a “did I pull up to McDonald’s?!” And laugh and I nearly died when I heard the worker inside die with a huge belly laugh when she realized what I said. So, workers were great and friendly. Only downfall was my tacos and unfortunately we went for good food and only got half of that. I have to say, of the jack in the box in town this one is at least open and they have staff. More integrity when it comes to food and y’all would have a solid crew!

Doors were locked drive thrue only drive thrue people were very rood could not hear and talked down to us as if we were stupid will never eat there again

Haven't you ever had Jack in the Box? If you have, you've eaten at them all. Food is the same, store to store- Good and spendy.

Spent over 45 minutes in drive thru with only 1 car ahead of me. Ordered a jumbo Jack no onion and home style chicken club meal with no ranch sub. Mayo due to a family member who has allergies. Got to the window and they had just two sandwiches in the bag. Had to order ANOTHER meal!! I then wait another 15-20 minutes for this. I drive home which is less than 3 minutes away to find that there is RANCH on the sandwich and everything is COLD! Went back to store and the drive thru was blocked off even though it was 30 minutes until closing and the lobby isn’t open EVER due to whatever reason. Tried to call the store with no answer. Spent over an hour and almost $30 for food that was garbage and not safe tool eat! And as for the cookie cutter response the restaurant posted....I already contacted that website and it goes nowhere! No one resolves the issue!

Ordering from Uber Eats is a nightmare (Uber Eats is not the problem). Jack in the box takes forever to make order, if they make it at all. If you try and call the restaurant, no one answers the phone or the phone hangs up on you. They need a brush up on customer service and time management.

This location was very rude to me and my family. The got my order wrong and when I went back to ask the cashier to correct the issue no one reply. Cashier agreed he was wrong still no one move to assist. they was not willing correct it and they was assuming that I was wrong. The crew was acting like they didn’t understand English. Manager wasn’t on site to assist the situation.
