Had a terrible experience with owner and company. Check your ‘guaranteed manufacturer warranty’ before buying. I was sold something LG said is out of warranty. Spent $1300 on a washer dryer that never successfully ran one load. Talked to multiple employees and eventually owner Mike, gave them full rundown and two months to correct the issue, partial refund, store credit…anything to show they take blame in selling first a product without a true warranty and second a product that never worked. Had two other appliance companies confirm it was beyond repair. Fellow business owner here…No excuses for the lack of care and empty promises that they’re ‘looking into it’ and will get back to you, they won’t. Hopefully you’ll learn from my mistake and seek out a reputable seller who knows how to run a business ~Katelyn
