No call back, no acknowledgement of my request for an insurance quote, I will look elsewhere. Ridiculous IMO

Mr Grant was so helpful in getting me a good quote and helping me get insurance for my vehicles. First time coming in and I was satisfied with my experience.

Grant and I had a miscommunication due to staff error. Grant more than made up for the problem by staying late on Friday evening to make sure we were covered. Well done Grant and thank you.

Grant Baxter's office is a model of how a company should treat its customers and employees.

I am a little biased because Grant is my dad but I have watched him treat customers like family all of my life. He does an exceptional job explaining benefits and making sure you get the coverage that is the best fit for you, not just the cheapest price. If you look on the wall of his office, you will see several different sized bottles of Pepsi... While they are all Pepsi… They are not all the same. It’s a great analogy for insurance as well as most of the other things we need in life.

I've put up with more bull with this office than I ever should have. The breaking point was last week when I was involved in an accident and I called to file a claim and Cindy scoffed at me and told me she needed to call me back later because she was "too busy". Too busy to help a client file a claim?? Grant, you don't deserve to be in business with how many balls your office dropped handling my policy. Especially when I bought a policy from you directly only to find out over a month later that I had been driving a my new car uninsured because you never submitted my policy to your underwriter and then refusing my calls for two weeks. (PRO-TIP: if the office doesn't answer your calls, call a different office and have them transfer you. You can't ignore an internal call) Or maybe when your office "forgot" to add roadside, PIP, and rental coverage and let me find out after I was in an accident. Thank god I had text messages from your employee apologizing for "messing up" so that the the corporate office finally owned up and paid my medical bills and towing, still effectively costing me over $400 for a rental car that I was never reimbursed for. Thanks Anita for cancelling my policy for me today, you seemed so thrilled to see me go. Too bad I don't trust any of you enough to believe that my policy was actually cancelled, so I'll follow up with corporate offices tomorrow to confirm its been cancelled. no accountability, no follow through, no communication, what do you have?
