My family member purchased an Apple Watch and opened it an hour later right outside the store. The watch band was defective and fell apart upon opening the seal of the box so we walked back in to see what could be done. The retail worker at the time was nice and went to ask the manager what could be done, however they refused to do anything on the basis of “proof we didn’t break the band”. I know Apple bands aren’t super expensive, but it’s the principle of having good customer service and replacing defective merchandise. Also the manager didn’t come out to tell us themselves, they had their employee running as a messenger. Treat your employees and customers better.

I actually work for another phone retailer and I was just in shock of how bad the customer service is. I walk in and there are two gentleman working I stand in front of them for a good 10 seconds, them making eye contact and continuing to sit at a table before I have to say “hello?” Only then do they get up and lazily ask me what I want. Not trying to be a karen but I felt very awkward and unwanted as a customer. Would not recommend this location.

Stay away from this company. Charge to speak to rep. If you are lucky you'll go a day without dropping a call and they have hidden fees.

Went in for an Apple Watch and they had a deal of get one get the other basically free (still a some money for the other watch). Tonya, an employee working there was helping us and we specifically told her not to use a specific address multiple times and we checked our tracking number and you guessed it she used the old address. We called and talked to her on the phone and she told us “ Just go to the house and ask the people for your package” but it does not work like that. Very unprofessional. Finally got good help from another AT&T store.

What is the point of checking in when you take care of people who came in after me. Don't try to stay in line till they call you, just go and stand in front of their desk even if they are working on something, that's how others got taken care of first, respecting is probably seen as a weakness here. Update1: so far they helped 3 groups that came after me.

My husband and I came in to get set up with new phones and phone lines. We switched from Sprint (now T-mobile) as we were unhappy with our current provider. The associate who helped us was super positive and funny through the entire transaction. Honestly she made it go smooth, the manager went out of his way to go to another local store for an item they didn't have which is above and beyond expectation. The associate who helped us also ensured I got the watch I wanted in the size I needed as my wrists are super small and they only had the larger sizes in stock at the time. I will receive my watch tomorrow and look forward to returning to AT&T to have it activated quickly and efficiently. Thank you again for the wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this location.
