Brand new T-Mobile phone won’t work in Frisco or Little Elm, hasn’t ever worked, for weeks I’ve been on the phone with customer service, went in today for 2nd time to local store .5 miles away, manager wouldn’t help at all and suggested I go somewhere else, in front of customers. He kept saying “he” didn’t do anything and was not T-Mobile and he wouldn’t help me. I use my phone for work and cannot function without it so I guess stay away from this place because “they” are not T-Mobile and T-Mobile doesn’t work here

BEST service from Flor today. She was kind, resourceful, and patient as my mom and step-dad asked 1000 questions! She made the experience so easy and enjoyable! I work in the customer service industry as well and would give her a 12/10. She went above and beyond! Thank you Flor!

I signed up for 4 new lines under this location. We were putting it under my wife’s name when the store rep said they couldn’t use her we then put it under my name. 2 days later I received a bill, then three weeks later another bill was auto paid for over 300. That was a red flag for me. I contacted corporate T-Mobile after looking into it they discovered that location opened an additional 4 lines under my wife’s name and set it up on auto pay with my card. Making it a total of 8 lines. Corporate T-Mobile currently has this store Flagged for fraud pending a full legal investigation. I highly suggest you avoid this location and just go to a corporate owned store.

It took us three hours to resolve a few billing issues and upgrade a phone. There was hardly anyone in front of us in the queue, and there were only two workers there for most of our time. In the three hours that we were there, there was no place to sit, and we were on our feet for the entire three hours! With two small children, it made the experience much like buying a used car. It was completely miserable! The workers had great attitudes and were helpful. Eder was great. However, the customer experience is terrible.

I called after an uncertain experience at the little elm location. I wasn’t sure why certain prices were being show on receipts and I was to to “just ignore it.” When I asked for details I was told it didn’t matter bc the plan wouldn’t reflect it anywhere however it was nothing to worry about. After this experience I called the first frisco store available. I was fortunate to talk to Zach on the phone. He was patient and took the time to explain the break down of the plans and the process of the trade in and further explained where these things would be reflected. I am thankful for this knowledge and ability to explain the process clearly to a consumer. I’ve been with T-Mobile for 5+ years and this is the best customer service I’ve experienced.

Just trying to change out a sim card. We waited at this location for over an hour and the young guy with shaved side head gossiped about us to other employees in front of their customers that they weren't going to authorize the sim card exchange. Very unprofessional. Literally went across the street and they did it in less than 5mins.

Just a tremendous experience at this location – the manager (Noel) was so patient with our many questions and she and her team (Joe, Zach, Isaiah, just to name a few) were all so very helpful with my wife and I moving our cell phone account over to the T-Mobile network. Fantastic customer service, fast & friendly where the smiles didn’t disappear even when I am sure that I asked a question they have heard a 1000 times. Thank you to Noel, and her team for making us feel so very welcome into the T-Mobile family.

I loved walking into the new location of T-Mobile. Very clean. All employees made me feel at ease by wearing masks. Very very friendly in particular Noel Rose, she was able to fix my phone with no problems. She was very professional and patient. Because of her wonderful service I will go to her every time I need anything. Thank you for your service Noel Rose.

I typically do not leave reviews unless the service is exceptional. Where do I start? Noel and a young man with blonde hair (I can’t remember his name!!!) are beyond incredible employees! I came in because my phone would not stay connected to LTE, Noel went over all of my options making it very easy for me to understand. Instead of forcing me into upgrading, she gave me multiple options to pick from and exactly what I can expect with a new bill going forward. Turns out I was eligible for a FREE IPHONE 12!!! FREE!! I ended up getting an upgrade and getting a brand new apple watch as well (She was wearing one and LOVED it!!). I do love my new apple watch with my new ohone! Anyhow, Noel and her other employee were very kind, patient and made this an easy transition for me! I’ve always dreaded going into T-Mobile stores because I have never gotten good customer service. I was hesitant at first being as this store is not a corporately owned location, they are third party, Noel explained to me she can do the same things the other corporate location I normally go to can do. She was right and even better than any other location I have ever been to! IF YOU COME TO THIS STORE, ASK FOR NOEL!! She will take great care of you!! (Only downside is the store does smell a little strange when you first come in.)
