Best cell phone store in Frisco, Texas (TX) 2024

I signed up for 4 new lines under this location. We were putting it under my wife’s name when the store rep said they couldn’t use her we then put it under my name. 2 days later I received a bill, then three weeks later another bill was auto paid for over 300. That was a red flag for me. I contacted corporate T-Mobile after looking into it they discovered that location opened an additional 4 lines under my wife’s name and set it up on auto pay with my card. Making it a total of 8 lines. Corporate T-Mobile currently has this store Flagged for fraud pending a full legal investigation. I highly suggest you avoid this location and just go to a corporate owned store. ~CAGE

My family member purchased an Apple Watch and opened it an hour later right outside the store. The watch band was defective and fell apart upon opening the seal of the box so we walked back in to see what could be done. The retail worker at the time was nice and went to ask the manager what could be done, however they refused to do anything on the basis of “proof we didn’t break the band”. I know Apple bands aren’t super expensive, but it’s the principle of having good customer service and replacing defective merchandise. Also the manager didn’t come out to tell us themselves, they had their employee running as a messenger. Treat your employees and customers better. ~Samantha
