I love that they're within walking distance of my apartment. The only real issue I have with them is their sexist attitude about a woman possibly knowing what she wants/needs & that she might actually know what she's doing in regards to home project.

Rude people. Their website says they carry many kinds of wood, but its not true. You will not find any wood except pine and spruce. Prices are not labeled on the wood, so you have to awkwardly get the wood inside to the cashier, and wait for them to check. Also, most wood is not labeled, so you won't have the slightest idea of what kind they are. Overall, you better go to Dykers store for lumber.

Staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Went to the counter to ask for assistance and the person responded in a very nasty tone, "WHAT DO YOU WANT!!!" as if the fact that I was Asian meant I didn't speak English, so he felt the need to speak to me as if I just got off the boat. Hestitant, I asked they sold anything that could remove a worn out screw head. He just pointed at an aisle and told me to look over there. Disgusted, I turned, left the store & went to Home Depot where the staffer helped me get the tool I needed for my small project. Never stepping foot in this store again.

worst costumer service, i think the owner can replace them all with self check out cashiers, it will then be much faster. and put some tablets to be able to search for item location, because the staff are completely useless, and giving a feel to customers to never come back . fire them all

Very very busy store. Great quality and competitive pricing. Very helpful staff who will help you select your needs. Best thing over there is, when you need stuff from the shop you can get out of there in no time, compared to home depot and lowes where it takes very long to get a cut, and very long to get help.
